Unit clean and well supplied with everything you needed . Beds comfy and patio a bonus Lovely neighbour ( owner) Under cover parking and pet friendly! Nothing - reported stiff sliding door to owners and they replied they would look at it. Unit was well equiped and just loved the cumfy bed Well done owners- you have a winner here. Tried to rebook but not available - not surprised !!!

• Gary (5/5): Needs a makeover - Pet friendly Pictures not like the unit. Lots of small issues that could be fixed, such as - kitchen door broken, ironing board broken, cold tap in ensuite too hard to turn on, balcony door stiff, no tea or milk, no wardrobe door in spare room.
• Kim (10/5): Awesome unit would book again - Very convenient location. Only a short tram ride to the Main Street. Unit was amazing has all amenities that you will need for your stay. Only thing I could complain about is the unit next to it was being renovated and the people there were very noisy. Standing outside unit on their phone after midnight talking so loud. And it echo’s so not nice to not respect others around them.

And the other shower drain was blocked and overflowed into the drain in front of the vanity. These things were minor as we were only staying two nights.

• Susie (6/5): Fantastic Location but needs some refining - Fantastic location. Central to everything. The Apartment has been recently refurbished by the looks of it. Bathrooms were really good. So many kitchen appliances and a good amount of cutlery and crockery. Great communication. Clear instructions on how to gain etc etc. No hand towels provided. Bath towels yes. Was told that a linen service provides them so no hand towels?!?! But there were bath mats. Go figure. Be wary of sleeping in the main bedroom. The walls between units are not soundproof and we could hear everything. Non stop talking all night. Got no sleep. The bed is super super soft. Not supportive at all. The other beds in the second bedroom were good tho apparently. The balcony door needs to be repaired or replaced. Extremely heavy and hard to open. And it's not sealed. No shelves in the ensuite shower. The toilet in the ensuite was disgusting. Hadn't been flushed. And there was long black hair all over the place on the floor.

Most spaces seemed clean. Good pillows to choose. Cleanliness and workmanship of ensuite / kitchen. Powerpoint's in kitchen and bathroom both coming away from wall, kitchen one cracked too. (When medical equipment is required to be plugged in, need to know powerpoints are all good). Thought we needed to contact a plumber when cold tap in ensuite shower was so hard and took a while to turn off. A lot of water runs to toilet from shower. Dirty walls in ensuite near toilet roll holder. No free to air TV channels in bedroom due to broken connector.

• Sandra (3/5): Not good at all and won’t be back or will I recommend to anybody - The only good thing about this apartment was the renovated bathrooms The kitchen had doors broken , the lounge felt like it had not been cleaned for weeks, they need to upgrade the whole apartment,you could only fit a very small car in the garages so you had to jockey for a park on the street

Not enough toilet paper at property. Ran out in one bathroom and had to share with the other. No garbage bags in Kitchen. Had to use bathroom garbage bag. No dish washing liquid to wash up. No hand towels in bathrooms.

• Matthew (6/5): A little disappointed with the apartment as many of the negatives are small issues that could be sorted very easily with - Location was great with good access to trams and beach. WiFi did not work despite the owner coming to try to sort out. There were cracked plug sockets and the large fan was broken. And there was no ceiling fan in the second bedroom so it was extremely hot in there. The garage had a lot of stuff stored in it making it tight for space with a large car. The lead on the iron was worn through to bare wires in 2-3 areas making it very unsafe. It was dirty under the beds and around the windows. We booked for 6 adults and although there was an ability to sleep 6 people, it was very tight for space. I would say it should be for a maximum of 4 people.

• Beck (1/5): Never again will I use booking.com - Nothing. There were no keys on site to access the unit. Tried to contact the owner multiple times. He didn't answer. My family and I were stranded for around 3 hours with a dog and a child. I had to call my bank to cancel the payment (shock horror, he still took the money, without us staying there) as we were making arrangements to stay elsewhere, he decided to call us. By then I had cancelled the payment through the bank, booked another property, and were on our way to our new place. He said he was an hour away, blah, blah, blah. He spoke a million miles an hour and was just all over the place with excuses. Like "oh there's no reception" or "my mum can drop the keys off" or "I'm only an hour away can you wait?" Can I wait!? 3 hours was my limit. It was stated that keys would be on site, in a lock box. No. Honestly this was the worst holiday/birthday experience...EVER! I will never use booking.com again. They literally stole my money "legally" I didn't stay at the property, I couldn't access the property, the owner wouldn't answer his phone. This was my first and last time using booking.com. I don't recommend this property and I don't recommend booking.com. Oh yeah, btw my bank decided to refund my money, after 2 months of fighting tooth and nail and contacting AFCA! Horrible experience. Just because you CAN take someone's money, doesn't mean you SHOULD. You guys happily stole over $1000 from me. Cheers!

Had pretty much everything you would need in the kitchen Aircon was amazing .. especially with this heat at the moment The beach is only a 5 min walk away and the tram station is right at the end of the street . Internet wasn't available Tv in main bedroom wasn't working... unfortunately was unable to find any channels

Everything we needed was either in the apartment or a short walk away; excellent location and host immediately responded to correspondence. It was exactly what I needed and meant the world to be able to holiday with the fur child too 💗 .

• Gavin (8/5): Ideal pet friendly option which is conveniently located offering clean and spacious accommodation - Location - walking distance from beach, restaurants, fast food outlets and major shopping centre Situated in a safe and quiet residential area Spacious and clean Parking - lockable garage and street (3 hours between 8am and 5pm) Pet friendly the biggest positive for us Short walk to tram station which is currently being extended to Burleigh Heads When unavailable apartment appears to be undergoing ongoing upgrade. This may also be a positive.

• Tamara (7/5): Comfortable and convenient - Super close to a tram stop. Very comfortable bed. Spacious unit. Parking on site. Easy access. Felt very safe, even walking around at night. Good communication. There was no tea, coffee or milk provided. Only one garbage bag provided even though they expect you to take your own rubbish out. The lights in the main bedroom and ensuite were not functioning properly. The showers in both bathrooms flooded the whole room, terrible drainage.

• Deanne-nicole (10/5): Comfortable, cozy apartment in a central location - I could not believe the negative comments regarding this property. There is nothing bad to say! I stayed for a week (with my dog) and had a great time. The bathrooms are renovated, the house is clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Clean sheets and bath towels were also provided. The neighbours are also very quiet and friendly. The house is located on a nice street close to public transport. Highly recommend and will stay again in the future. Nothing negative to say.

Very friendly host, beautifully renovated bathrooms in a great location. Convenient spot to be staying with short walking distance to park, servo, beach, fishing, shops, coffee and bars. The cleaner shouted at us multiple times although we have already spoken to host about running 10-15 minutes behind on check out. Even threw the hosts towel off the balcony. No fault on host but wasn't a nice departure. Light bulb had blown in one of the bedrooms but fan still worked and plenty of light in the room from bedside light and large window
