Gina (10/5): Perfect stay and holiday - the location was good a short walk to everything - close enough to all the hustle without the - The property was clean and comfortable and just as good as being home away from home The fan in main bedroom didn’t work so got a bit hot.

Melissa (4/5): Very disappointed with room which was privately owned. - Our particular room was a private owned one and was terrible. The spa didn’t work, fridge and range hood was broken and there was 1 control for the fans which only turned 1 fan on. Was meant to be a 3 bedroom but is actually 2 with a wall added which has no window and the fan didn’t work. The room facilities were terrible and we didn’t get any warning about the verandah spa not working. The hotel itself was lovely and their facilities were great. Just our room was poor

Suzanne (6/5): The location was nice. - The location was great. Carparking was not provided even though i was told it would be. I was asked in the evening to park on the street (there were no parks on the street), and then told someone would ring me in the morning with a carpark space/number - noone called. The staff at the front counter would not help me as I had hired the unit via the CGPM and not them. I was told my car would be towed away if left int he carpark in the wrong space. I spent numerous phone calls for more than 1 hour trying to sort this without any help on the evening of our arrival. The TV in bedroom did not work. The kitchen had only a very small frypan - to cook for 6 persons it was impossible as it only would fit 2 fried eggs at a time. In the pictures it said 2 x queen room and 1 x room with 2 single beds - it had 1 queen and 2 rooms x 2 singles.
