• Peta (7/5): Great location. Would recommend. - Great location The lifts are slow and one or two were always out of service. The car park is poorly designed and hard to navigate. Limited bathroom toiletries.

• Anna (8/5): Reasonable value in a handy location - Fantastic location close to Oasis mall, lots of bars and restaurants and public transport. Nice compact apartment (but on a lower floor), with reasonable sized balcony and assigned carpark. Everything we needed was provided. Bed not that comfortable / supportive, construction noise nearby which started early in the morning, the buildings pool & spa heat pump was not working so it was too cold to swim

Its a little bit painful to go to a local store to get the key, but not enough to not stay there and the price reflected the inconvenience
• Dee (5/5): Amazing location, but for all the other hassles not sure was worth it. - Great location. Perfectly placed to get access to Surf Club, Beach, Casino, All the restaurants. Could park the car and walk to everywhere. Nice apartment and location really perfect. Check-in process was woeful. Wanted to provide Drivers License and credit card details (outside of booking.com platform). Was involved in Optus hack so not wanting to provide ID to an unknown platform. This is actually against the guidelines set by the platform. Had to go to the physical office to checkin then go collect fobs from another location. Wasn't really given any instructions on how to access the car park and even the cleaners in the building didn't know how to get there. Very poorly signed inside. No information inside the unit, like where the pool was etc. Agents didn't really seem to know much about the property at all. Furniture wise, the beds were super uncomfortable (and small) e.g. just a double bed in the main room. The aircon vent in the second room was so noisy, son ended up sleeping on the couch.

• Kimberley (7/5): Overall not a bad option for a small family. Walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants, amenities etc. - Great location, comfortable and cosy. No beach towels provided and check in wasn’t until 3pm which seems late when comparing to other places which offer 2pm check in.

The apartment location was excellent and walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant etc. we really loved our stay there and our host was very communicative and friendly

The return air for the A/C is poorly located in the second bedroom. It is particularly loud making it challenging for the kids to sleep.
