We had a really great stay. The only thing I’d note is that the couch wasn’t too comfy, and there was a slight musty smell in the apartment/apartment building.

• Cecilia (7/5): The location is good but it needed to be improved and needed to be cleaned and tidied . - Location near the train station and commercial complex eg convenient stores , restaurants etc. . No lift it's so so uncomfortable to carry suit cases bec. It takes 6 plights of the stairs to be able to reach the unit. . Needs to be tidied as we noticed cockroach around the kitchen area . The matress and sofa needs to be replaced . The duvet has a distinct smell . Unpleasant smell when you get into the building
• Julia (7/5): Unterkunft Zweckmäßig, sehr zentral gelegen, eigener Parkplatz, netter Vermieter - Wohnung ist praktisch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Perfekte Lage. Eigener Parkplatz. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Empfang. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Wenig gemütlich. Z.B. keine Nachttischlampe, keine Wohnzimmerstehlampe oder Ähnliches- nur Deckenlicht. Kein einziges Kissen auf dem Wohnzimmersofa.

• Samith (10/5): Overall, brilliant! - Great location, right in the centre. Restaurants and convenience stores are close by. The apartment was clean as shown in the picture. Tony welcomed us warmly. Lighting in the apartment was a bit dark for my preference, despite that everything was amazing.

• Himanshu (10/5): Just perfect for a short stay - I had a fantastic stay at your hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay incredibly relaxing. The staff was warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Thank you for making my time in Switzerland so enjoyable!

Tony is a very good host and helps whenever you request The price was bit expensive for the facilities you get, the apartment is at 3rd floor and there is no elevator, when you roam around visiting places and come back to apartment it tests your energy levels and patience to climb stairs for 3 floors

No issues as we brought our own mini rice cooker for own consumption. As Muslim, near halal mart located nearby for us to buy our necessity. Host very helpful and reliable. Lift access not available to the unit.

• Sanaullah (9/5): Great apartment, great value for money. - Very good apartment. Comfortable stay for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children. 5 mins walk to Interlaken West Station. Good kitchen facilities. Can cook food in the apartment. Have to walk up the stairs two floors but we didn't have any problem with that. No idea how to watch TV channels. But we didn't need to. We were tired from whole day of sightseeing. We slept as soon as we got back to the apartment.
• Prashant (5/5): Need some improvements - Property is at good Location and near to supermarket and city centre outlets. The property owner and his colleague who helps to checkin are friendly and kind. As the property is on 3rd floor with no lifts, it was difficult for my mother to climb the stairs. So, the owner was kind to understand my situation and offered to cancel my booking without any charges. However due to bad weather I did not cancel. - The bed would just cave in when you tried to lay in it which made for very poor sleep. - The standing fan is broken. It neither tilts nor rotates hence doesn’t do proper air circulation. - No lock in bathroom and shower tap is broken. I almost hurt myself when the tap fell on my head while bathing! - Parking is free but not in the same building where you stay. You need to walk for few mins to another building to reach your parking. - Very Poor value for money considering I paid 480 euros for 1night.

Very small bathroom. Bedroom designed for 4 people so it’s not good if you are couple traveling with kids and seek privacy
• Mohammed (5/5): I did not feel good .. my family also disappeared - I had the impression that I was coming to Interlaken and everything in it will be wonderful and excellent.. When I read the comments of those who lived in Tony's apartment and the high rating, I decided to book Tony's apartment.. But when I arrived and entered the apartment, I felt very disappointed.. The apartment's furniture is worn out and has a bad smell.. The bed in the living room has an Asiana blanket on it.. The very high price non reasonable Tony's apartment at all.. Although his reception was good and he carried the bags with us to apartment because there was no elevator.. The toilet door can't be closed. The location is perfect
• Karen (7/5): It’s a fairly decent apartment - Spacious place. Great communication with the host! Very kind to let us keep our luggage there when we arrived early. The pillows were old and lumpy. It’s at least 15-20 mins walk from the train station.

• Amanda (7/5): Decent stay near the center - The host was friendly and helpful. He greeted us at the door and helped carrying luggages up to few levels which we would be struggling if no help. There is no elevator. He pointed out where things were within the flat and made us feel at ease and settled in. The building and the flat itself was on the old side but was clean and decent for a short stay. The location and the host made up for it.

Has free parking on the walking distance 4. Value for money 1. Floor rug of living area and kitchen may need some washing 2. Bath tub drain may need some de-clogging 3. Apartment does not have elevator; however, host was courteous enough to help me taking my luggage up to the room and offered for the same upon checkout. 4. Minor odour in the apartment which is probably in most of the apartments in the cold humid regions.

Friendly host and perfect for a family with 4 people. - Easy to access from the West Interlaken station (7 min walk), nice and friendly host (Tony) and all a family of 4 need to have a pleasant holiday break in the city. All amenities included and also some extra features as courtesy such as coffee and tea. Apartment is clean and well maintained. You can find Coop and Migros close to the apartment and good restaurants as well. Recommend for families. The only thing to mention is that the building has no elevator as most of the apartments in Switzerland and is located in the 2nd floor. For those with issues in using stairs it could be an item to consider before booking.

New unfinished building is completely blocking the view. A bit too many stairs to reach the appartement. Living and bedroom could use some more lighting. Kichen and bathroom pretty small.

Great travel tips and help from the host. - Great location. Walkable to everything. There is river bank just behind the apartment to have beautiful walks. Walkable to West station and as well connected to Ost Station via the yellow buses. Everything was good.

• Claire (4/5): Far too expensive for this apartment - Surface of the flat Very poor value for money considering we paid 1300€ for 3 nights! It felt almost disrespectful. - Living room: broken sofa, dirty carpet, random bed set up only with a plaid (consequently the whole family had to sleep in the same room). - Bathroom: mold, dirty, humid - Overall: very basic amenities, very poor condition of the flat. Money and effort need to be invested in this flat if you plan to sell it that high!

He made us really comfortable during our stay. No air conditioners. Only small fan. Another fan didn't work properly. It could be challenging during summer. Additional fan could be provided.
