- Magnus (10/5): - Ett perfekt boende för skidresan till Zillertal-dalen. Gångavstånd till liftsystemet i Hochzillertal, och resterande skidområden nås enkelt med bil alternativt buss/tåg. Sabine var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam under våran vistelse. Rekommenderar starkt!

- Peter (9/5): Perfect stay in Kaltenbach - A great traditional house in the middle of the Zillertal, close to the station and shops. Sabine is a lovely owner, who does everything to make the guests happy.
- Haoyang (9/5): Superb - We are a group of 4 and lived in Sabine's house very comfortably. The house is close to public transport and to the ski lift. The host, Sabine, is hospitable and responds quickly to our questions. Would definitely recommend this accommendation to other people.

The apartment was clean and boasted a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, perfect for cozy dinners in. Sabina, an incredibly hospitable and friendly host, ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
- Krypin (9/5): Great aparement and amazing host! Recommended to anyone visting Kaltenbach. Hope to stay there again - Our host was always going an extra mile to make her guest feel welcome. She was very helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and non-skiing/snowboarding things to do. The hike to the waterfall was great! The apartment is located very close to the train station but regardless of this, Sabine met us there on our arrival and helped us with the luggage with her car driving us to the place where she warmly welcomed us with a bottle of wine. House was very clean with very well equipped kitchen. It's around 7min walk far from the gondola and the grocery store was also in the walking distance. We head a great time staying there and will definitely consider staying there again in the future.
