• Marija (8/5): Centrally located apartment - The location was great, it is a centrally located property. Beautiful spacious apartment, very clean and modern. Has good heating system. There are no body wash, shampoo or conditioner. There is additional charge for parking. Check in time must be coordinated ahead of time.

• Sanja (9/5): Cosy stay in heart of Kitzbühel - We had an awesome stay! Doris was so welcoming and there for any questions we had. For us it was so convenient to be able to park the car in the garage for the length of our stay (for a fee). The location of the property is great, although it’s best to book a locker for your skis at the lift. The property itself was so clean and the beds were so comfortable!

• graham (10/5): Fabulous stay! - Where do you start? The whole place is immaculate, Doris and Walter are such kind, warm and welcoming people. The location is perfectly placed in the town, within walking distance of the town and cable cars. I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment had great facilities and was in a fantastic location in the centre of Kitzbuhel, super close to the train station, shop, ski lift and ski hire, and was exactly as pictured and described. Home from home, would definitely stay again upon a return to Kitzbuhel ☺️

The location is about a 5-10min walk to the gondola where you can store your skis, although there is storage at the property. The apartment is very clean and modern and has everything you need for a great stay including a sauna on the lower level which we used most evenings. Excellent value for money in Kitzbuhel given the location and amenities. We will be back. Nothing

Doris was very helpful with tips for skiing and local restaurant recommendations. Sauna was great too.

• Danny (10/5): Truly an exceptional host, and place to stay - Chasing snow around the world I have been to a lot of places, however this is one of my favorites. Unfortunately I caught a cold, and didn’t get to enjoy skiing as much. But staying in and watching Netflix in a place that was comfortable while feeling like I was in a luxurious location was great. My host was great to my traveling companion and I, going above and beyond, including ordering a taxi to get me the train station while she herself was out skiing. And this is where the difference is, this place is setup perfectly for skiers because it’s run by actual skiers. Although I’m sure this would be a great place to stay any time of year, this is a hidden gem. I’m torn with how positive a review to leave, because I want nothing but the best for the host, but fear that as popularity grows it will be hard to ever find this place vacant for my trips. For anyone on the fence (and believe me I was) your only regrets will be that you don’t book more days.

• Arkaitz (10/5): Exceptional Stay at Doris Apartments in Kitzbuhel - I had an incredible experience at this hostel! The guest host, always had a smile on her face and was extremely helpful. She even gave us a free late check-out option when the weather wasn't suitable for skiing and our train was scheduled for later in the afternoon. The facilities were awesome! Everything smelled fresh and new, from the ski room to the sauna. The apartment was stunning, with a spacious layout, luxurious bathroom, and a comfortable king size bed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast or dinner. Overall, I highly recommend Doris Apartments to anyone visiting Kitzbuhel. If I ever have the chance to visit again, without any doubt, I would choose to stay here again!

We were very grateful for the reserved parking place as parking in the city is challenging. Things worth noting: Fantastic water pressure, hot, hot water, lots of closet space, super comfortable bed, black-out curtains, excellent WIFI, and an amazing central location. Doris was an extraordinary host - she accommodated our every inquiry. We look forward to returning.
