Flexible with check-in, and accomidating with earlier check in - this was great!
Big appartment.
With all the space it was missing a "lounge" area. 3 dining tables is unnecessary. 1-2 would be sufficient. The kitchen was quit dirty, glasses, plates and cups were sticking to the cabinets.
Quality of the place was at a Hostel level, but priced at a hotel.
- Juan (4/5): Bad, unpleasent, incompetent - The location of the accommodation is quite good because it's right in front of the train station and only about 15 minutes from the city center. The apartment is comfortable for staying a few days. The windows effectively block both the street noise and the cold, so we didn't have any issues in that regard. EN: We had booked the accommodation for 6 people, counting on the fact that there were 3 bedrooms, with 2 single beds and one large bed in the first; 2 single beds in the second; and one single bed in the third. One hour before arriving at the accommodation, the owner told me that there was a woman occupying one of the rooms and that we would not be alone in the accommodation, which he did not know was going to happen and eventually had happened. The owner had been communicating with me in English through WhatsApp and emails, but when I arrived at the accommodation, he started speaking to me in Spanish (my native language). After exchanging opinions, the owner told me that the real problem was that the accommodation was too big just for us. I told him that this was not my problem and that we had booked it. He asked what the problem was if he had accommodation and I needed accommodation, as he didn't see the issue. Finally, we stayed at the accommodation because I was with 5 students and couldn't risk being left on the street in a foreign country. On the last day of my stay there, I spoke with the woman who was supposedly illegally occupying the room, and she told me that she paid rent monthly; in fact, she showed me some invoices. She also mentioned that the owner had written to her a few days before our arrival. The number on the profile is not the owner's, and neither is the email.
