The owners are very friendly and accommodating. There’s a bus(station) a 15min walk away that takes you to the “Neustadt” in 20min. We highly recommend this accommodation!! We had diner @ Pasta e Vino, which offers great food. Went rafting with Salzburg Adventures, so much fun! And hiked from Arthurhaus to Erichütte, 12.5km in total, breathtaking!

• Brooke (10/5): Comfortable and beautiful apartment in a quiet, bucolic setting just outside of Salzburg - This lovely apartment is in a beautiful little town outside Salzburg. It was easily accessible by bus and a short walk, though the hosts were kind enough to pick us up in town as it was raining when we arrived. Nothing!

• Csaba (9/5): Superb - I can recommend this accommodation for everyone. The communication with Isabella and Felix was smooth. They were kind and helpful. The accommondation was clean, and also comfortably. Fully equipped. Calm and Quiet. Salzburg is around 10min drive from Elixhausen.
• Stephanie (10/5): Perfect for cosey, wintery feels. - The location is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the snowy mountains every morning! It gave us the perfect t amount of wintery and cosey while only being a short bus ride away from the main town. However, I would strongly advise a hire car. It is a 20 minute walk to the bus stop with young children and then a further 20 min into salzburg. It is only a short distance but the added walk become a bit of an annoyance. Taxis were not always reliable. Hosts were very helpful and gave a very good taxi contact. It is 32 euros from the property to salzburg. So a pricey return trip! Everything was lovely in the property. It was so clean and tidy. We didn't realise on booking we would be inside of their home though. We thought it was a private flat with separate entrance, but it is a flat in the hosts home with a shared entrance.
