• Tracy (7/5): - Location and outdoor facilities Unit was old and needed TLC and repair. No comfortable seating in lounge for 4 adults. Cracked and chipped crockery. Toaster needs replacing. No tea towel for drying dishes. No air-conditioning in lounge. Unable to close glass sliding door in lounge due to broken handle.

• S (9/5): Altogether it was nice and great! - All good I did not know about the key collection. The receptionist did not know anything about the booking. If I knew it early, we could have better managed our time. It took me around 30 mins as the receptionist was not sure about the booking and could not advise at that time i got the call from the renter. When I came back from tour, I received the message in Booking.com. :)

• Stephen (4/5): Sadly neglected property not a pleasant stay. - Location In need of. renovation We had advised 4 adults 2 children The property was capable of sleeping 5 only. Linen provided for 5 only

• Erikamcclelland (5/5): Focus fail - Not even a 10 minute walk to Cavill Mall and Surfers Paradise Main Beach. Being so close to the hub but out of the way enough. Very expensive for what it is. The apartment is very tired and worn, in desperate need of a refresh. Furniture wasn't very comfortable. No wash cloths available.

• Kathleen (6/5): This is a great place to stay if you want a good location but don’t care about the condition of the place your staying i - The size and proximity to beach and city centre. Some towels unclean, no tea towel, the condition of the property (lots of things were broken, stained or rusted). There was no soundproofing. Street noises were very loud inside. Also, one of the residents was having a physical fight with a courier when we entered the building. Plus the garage is only suitable for a small car.
