• Amanda (9/5): Wonderful Location, Large well-appointed apartment. - this apartment was a great fit for our family of six (two adults, four teens). Huge apartment with well-equipped kitchen, two generous sized bathrooms and three large bedrooms. The location in Interlaken was a very short walk in to town and very close to many restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive and made our trip very easy! there was a basement with a gym and pool table that we used nightly- it was a great value add- especially with teenagers. Our ONLY complaint is that we were during a heat wave and there is no air conditioning in the apartment, although there were three "coolers" that you could turn on but they did not do much. If we opened the windows you could get some air coming in, but at night if the windows were open the street noise was too loud for sleeping. Again, this was likely only an issue because of the heat during our stay, I would imagine 99 percent of the time it is not an issue with this apartment.
• Kim (10/5): Great place to stay for family or group. - Full facilities and convenience store was within walking distance from my apartment and bus stop was just at the doorstep. Place was clean and comfortable. My family like it very much and especially the host came to visit us as to make sure everything is okay. Bus stop is not sheltered.
• Sahawneh (10/5): Amazing condo with a great host and perfect location. - Incredible experience. The host was extremely friendly and provided us with helpful tips for our travel. The host was also extremely accommodating and quick to respond. The location is not only beautiful but also close to the bus stop and the best restaurant in town (Hirschen). I would recommend this accommodation to anybody as it was clean and comfortable!!!
• Muhammad (8/5): Very good - Good facilities, nice clean place Driveway is very tight and has additional items on the way. I had scratches on my car. I was messaged that Check out time is 10 am which is not usual. It must be 12pm. We have been asked to leave the apartment as we received. If we have to clean and set the apartment again then it is better to stay at hotel, why to pay more and do everything by yourself.

We rented a car and it was great that this place had a parking spot. It was only a 10-15 walk to Interlaken West station and to all the shops and restaurants The laundry machine was slow and dryer took forever to heat up. Also, if your a light sleeper, the car driving by will wake you up

• Ravi (1/5): Nice apartment but will never stay again - I liked the property. It was comfortable, clean and big enough for the 5 of us. It came with a big TV and Netflix, YouTube included which was great. It had a good terrace with some patio furniture. The wi-fi was good in the living room but patchy in bedrooms. I didn't mind however because we didn't spend much time in the apartment anyways. There were free passes for bus travel within Interlaken. However, we didn't need it per se because we already bought the Swiss Travel Pass. There is a bus stop in front of the property. It is a nice property but a bit further away from restaurants, pubs, train stations etc. You'll have to rely on bus / taxi, if you don't have a car, which is slightly inconvenient if you are travelling with children. The walk-in shower doesn't drain well and it caused flooding one morning. The jacuzzi was non-functional throughout our stay. Also, it wasn't very clear from the description that both jacuzzi and steam room were in a shared part of the property and not per property. We didn't mind though because we didn't have enough time to use these anyways. The main reason for my low score is due to the host. He met us when we checked-out. But he didn't invite us for a property inspection. He instead did this inspection in our absence and pinned a damage on us which we didn't do. He did not bother answering why the inspection wasn't done in front of us while we were still at the property. I personally think this shows lack of integrity on the host's part. The least he could have done is taken a video of the whole inspection right from opening the door and shared it with us but there was no such thing. I have travelled to Switzerland on several occasions and spent thousands on renting apartments and chalets but have never experienced anything like this before. As a customer, if you'd ever decide to stay here, please video record your entry / departure in the presence of the host. I am left with no recourse and a sour experience but I hope this review helps anyone else who wishes to rent this property. EDIT: The host mentioned that the rating was unfair. Please remember the rating wasn't for the property. I have been honest about it. The rating is mainly a reflection of the host. It has more than 10 days since I departed from the property and the host still hasn't given me a clear indication of the costs.
• Pamela (10/5): Wonderful stay in Interlaken for family vacation. - Beautiful views from every room. Nice patio to sit on, also with beautiful views. Apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location with walking distance to restaurants, downtown area and bus stop/train. The host was very helpful and informative. Hot tub was broken so we weren't able to enjoy that. It was a little noisy at night when windows were open because house is on a main street.

Hosts were super friendly, responsive and helpful. Location is also ideal and very close to the Interlaken city (even walking distance). I realized that all Air BnB hosts share a list of instructions on how to keep the house clean and use facilities properly. This is their right but there is always a way to portray this information. The hosts shared the same set of instructions like the other air bnbs I stayed but the way they did it didn’t feel at all that they were instructing or ordering or even threatening! It definitely made the difference Nothing !

It was very comfortable and quite big. We were 3 couples and we had a lot of space. The location was also excellent. The bus stop is literally right outside. The supermarket is nearby. Highly highly recommend. Nothing.

Free car parking and the location is more than perfect. Everything was perfect. Just a suggestion, if the toilets would have a water flasher it would be very good.
