• Ramkumar (5/5): Other than location and the host accommodating us little early were only the positive - The property is ideally located in close proximity to Interlaken West Railway Station, with grocery stores, restaurants, and city attractions all within easy walking distance. Bathrooms were the worst. Stains every where , no door latches nor any exhaust fans.
• Saif Janjua (4/5): Great location & accessibility,but the property was disappointing slow self-check-in communication - I liked the location the most, which provides great access to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald and to the main attractions of Interlaken itself. The property I stayed at was noticeably old and appeared to be poorly managed. The floors felt sticky, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning, and a persistent damp odor was present throughout the entire space. The bed linens, pillows, and towels were of very low quality and felt worn. The lighting was also dim and uninviting, contributing to a generally unwelcoming atmosphere.

• Thinawati (5/5): - Nur die Lage ist prima. Nähe zum Bahnhof und Stadtmitte. Ruhige Straße. Mittelmäßig. Sauberkeit ist nicht die Rede. Ich fühle mich dort unwohl, es juck bei mir überall, kleine Insekten, das Bad ist auch nicht das Wahre. Der Besitzer ist unfreundlich. Die Küche ist schmutzig.

• Nirmal (1/5): - There was no toilet seat, my kids had night mare they had to find public toilets. I wouldn't recommend staying there as there is a weird smell and the owner is also doing false advertisement. Just central, won't recommend for the family.
• Chander (1/5): DO NOT STAY IN THIS ACCOMMODATION. - Locations is good Washroom locks were broken and floor was not clean. Bedsheet Sheets and pillows were not clean, comfortable. It’s so hot, fan wasn’t there. Owner has no contact besides phone calls and messaging. Seems they don’t care about service and providing even basic things like cleaning, fans, bed sheets, pillows. Worse than that, no response at all.

• Claudiu (4/5): Splendid place with horror accomodation. - The only good think about this property was the location. When entered in the flat, a strong smell of dampness hit me. In the bathroom I saw a small insect jungle. The toilet had no lid...in short to medium term if the owner will not do something to improve the flat, it will become a ruin. Also, the communication with the visitors is aggressive: Example: "No garbage on the floor"...ok, agree...but put a trashcan where the visitor can let the garbage...or say more details of where the visitor can leave (and sort) the garbage. In conclusion: Ferrari Apartment? No way...maybe an old Golf 4. P.S. I am wondering how this property can take an extra night from my card if I leave the place with 5 minutes later...

• Arun (6/5): Pleasant - Prpoerty is good, neat and clean. The whattsapp no. of host was non responsive. When we landed at the property, there was no one to contact. Somehow, a very good neighbour helped us in contacting the Host, after which we could collect the keys from the dropbox. Poor contact with Host.
• Suryakant (7/5): Good - the property is a 3 mins walk from the Interlaken West train station. I had checked the reviews and booked the property couple of days before my travel so I didnt expect much from this. The room was a but cold always even when it was warn outside. Also a mild smell in the washroom which we suggest keep the exhaust on for some time which should help. The towels in washroom were bleached to a point that they looked like door mats so better carry your own towels. There was a little miscommunication while checking in as I did not understand the instructions were shared on booking.com. Also we had to ask to turn on the hot water after which there was no problem. Overall, not the best property but very very comfortable for the price that you are paying. the location was great and value for the money you are paying
• Jana (8/5): Overall we were happy with our stay at Ferrari appartments - It’s a perfect location and was a comfortable stay for our time in Interlaken. There is only 1 parking spot for however many appartments in the complex so it’s first in get it. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable luckily I had my own.

• John (3/5): DO NOT think about getting this apartment or you will be sorry. - nothing the property is kept extremely poor. the smelliest bathroom that I had ever been. the sewage smell coming from toilet was unbearable. there was not even a single TV in the room. The pillows and blankets were old and smelly. It was very difficult to contact the owner. He gave the wrong information about the unit number and combination number to the key.

The staff gave us a wrong PIN code and we were stuck for good few mins trying to access the property with young kids; tried to call the number who kept cutting my calls and replied eventually to a WhatsApp message with a new code. The shower gel bottle in the room was empty! Overall it’s a basic place to sleep the night and get away - avoid if you can! It’s not an hotel apartment but rather old house converted perhaps.., not sure!
• Juvy (7/5): Good location and good value for money - 2 mints walk from train station, lots of shop and restaurant near by. Need to make some hard cleaning or else it’s ok stay
• Jacinta (1/5): Couldn’t get a good sleep which spoiled our trip a lot. - Good location. 3 minutes walk to Interlaken west train station. Easy to find. Cooking facilities. Very uncomfortable beds. The double bed was smaller than a regular double. We had to sleep sideways with our legs hanging over the edge of the bed. Mattress was a thin foam , sagging in the middle. Bottom sheet was synthetic and very uncomfortable. No top sheet but just synthetic doona covers also uncomfortable. We lost a lot of time due to not being able to sleep.

• Niraj (1/5): Terrible - Proximity to the town Unclean, unkept, no hot water even after complaining. Towels were worn out, one worn out napkin was provided. Floor was dirty. Shower faucet was leaking, ceiling with filled with cobwebs. Had to request check in info multiple times before it was shared much after the check in time. Noisy neighbours, worst experience… booking.com should discontinue to promote such apartments. The owner is a greedy and immoral person who wants your money but does not want to provide service.
• Anonymous (2/5): Worst apartment we have ever stayed in. - Close to high street Property main entrance is very dirty and smelly to a point that my son refused to enter the building. Fortunately property from inside wasn't smelly. Kitchen is so less equipped. Not enough cooking pots, no complimentary tea/coffee/sugar sachets and milk which is the bare minimum you would expect from a self catering apartment. Bedroom windows have no curtains or blinds, just outside shutters and most of them don't shut, so we had to keep lights off.

However, it could definitely use more attention, as several aspects do not meet even a basic minimum level of comfort. Services and communication were also problematic, making the overall experience less smooth than expected.
• Leyun (1/5): It is also very rare to encounter such a dishonest and deliberately deceptive landlord in Switzerland. - After booking the room, we made an appointment with the landlord and notified him 10 minutes in advance so that we could store our luggage in advance. Everything went smoothly at first, and at this time I even doubted whether the comments about the landlord not answering the phone and giving bad reviews were true. As a result, before and after arrival, we contacted the landlord in various ways, including calling, but the landlord always hung up and did not answer the phone. We waited in front of the house for more than four hours and did not get the room key until the check-in time in the afternoon. It is also very rare to encounter such a dishonest and deliberately deceptive landlord in Switzerland.

Great photos of the unit in the listing but looked tired in real life but still clean

Support system should be imporved to ans requested queries. Things not as per thy mentioned and can be improved i.e. open terrace were not accessible, room heater was not working, poor wifi which was getting disconnected multiple time etc

We were trying to get in touch with property owner for several weeks but he upgraded our room as compensation.

• Simon (2/5): A place to keep the rain off & no more. - The Shower & the kettle were the only redeeming features of the appartment. Wifi was ok too. Easy to get key. Was warm dry & spacious. The apartment was far from luxurious. I have paid a lot less for a lot better. The place was grubby with marks on the walls everywhere. The dishwasher didn't work, the fridge froze anything that you put in it, there was a very limited amount of equipment in the kitchen was pitiful, dirty & broken. I could have ridden bare arsed to china on any of the kitchen knives as they were so blunt (and broken). There was no means of filling the kitchen sink with water as there was no plug, also the tap was restricted by the wall so couldn't be made to run hot water. There was no TV in the apartment.
• Noorulain (1/5): horrible - nothing room was a grage that was changr into bedroom outside of building. extremly cold with no heating sys. full of mold , dust. as soon as we came after 2 hour we started getting sick. we r sure that beding was not clean bcz 1 of fam mem starting havning reaction on skin and 2nd had extream infection. in feb where weather is in - having no heating was extreamly awfull and we were with kid. pillows conditon were too bad. curtain do not cover full window and door and alwas show 1 side of bed also bring more cold . as room was on ground floor and on main road . with window and door of glas with no full curtain coverage was awfull

• Sean (3/5): So disappointing - Good location, comfortable beds, that’s about it Firstly, the building was like a construction site… couches on the street on arrival, cement bags in the hallway, planks of wood against the walls. We then received a completely different room than was stated on our booking. No curtains or blinds for the kitchen so the whole street could see into our second floor apartment. The bathroom constantly smelled unbearable like sewage. The walls were dirty. The lamp was broken in the bedroom (new lamp beside it that owner wasn’t bothered setting up). All the walls were dirty and some of furniture. There were no locks on the main entrance so any stranger could walk in. Whole property was just nothing like the pictures. Why is it even called Ferrari apartment? They have one painted Ferrari symbol on the garage door and that’s it. Host was nice but doesn’t make up for how different this place was to the pictures

• Trina (8/5): Very good - great location and handy to restaurants, shops and transport. faulty power socket in kitchen. Slata of the bed were broke. which made bed uncomfortable.The property seemed dated compared to the photos.
• Namish (5/5): Overall, apartment is at good location but need mantainane big time. - Location, ease to reach from the nearest train station. The mattress was good and the sleeping area was sufficient with clean blankets and towels provided. Had to spend three nights in dark even though we had informed immediately to owner that light in one room is not working, no resolution provided. Kitchen was in terrible state, with seepage all over the place, one overnight all our food lying in the kitchen got messed up with water dripping from the ceiling of the kitchen. The wood of the Kitchen wardrobes were also in bad state with paint on the ceilings were in bad condition, not very hygienic to sit in the Kitchen. On top of it, one night we couldn't sleep as the adjacent apartment was very noisy with drunk people and all the sound was flowing to our rooms due to the thin walls.
• Poorni (7/5): Nice location - Prime.location and responsive host. Place is as described with 3 bed rooms, wifi, 1 kitchen with dining, balcony and 1 toilet. Rooms doesn't had door keys.

• Caroline (1/5): Interlaken was glorious, thankfully the weather allowed us to be outside all the time. - No breakfast, not part of the deal. Location was excellent. There was no contact with the host and we couldn't find a way in. The same happened to our daughter who helped us in and then we helped another group in. The building was in great need of repair and we had to tread very carefully to not go through the floor in front of the showers. The bathroom right next to the kitchen had no vent to the outside. Everything was damp, and musty smelling. The cleaners hadn't done a bad job considering the state of the facilities. It would be wonderful with an enormous amount of renovation and upkeep.

The plugs of the kettle and the coffee machine did not fit into the power points, hence could not use any of the electrical appliances. The seats of two chairs in the kitchen were not secured and we did not sit on them. A piece of wood fell of one of the windows! It was not nailed in properly. We left it on the window sill in the kitchen.

• Collins (9/5): I stayed only one night with a friend and it has everything I needed. I enjoyed it. - the bed slept nice. had everything I needed for just a one night stay the toilet didn’t flush well, and spider webs were everywhere but other than that it was really pleasant to stay.

• Adam (7/5): Worth it - with a caveat! - Good location, great price, clean & all basics covered. Own bathroom. Very small bathroom (but most places in Interlaken have Shared bathrooms) & got checked in 2hrs late - We did get to drop our bags while they finished cleaning though. I would come here again but I would sight see until around 6pm on the first day, keeping my luggage in train station locker, to avoid a delayed check in.
• Philippa (5/5): Okay for what we needed - Was great for what we needed, we were looking for a cheap place to stay for the night as part of our tour of Switzerland. The location was fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to the Center with shops and restaurants. Parking was good, we were able to park right outside our room free of charge. We were under the impression that we had separate rooms to sleep in and were shocked to find out it was all one room, kitchen included. It was fine, just not what we were expecting, wasn’t the cleanest place we have stayed in, a complaint from a previous guest had been left taped to the wall. Outside light didn’t work so we had to go inside when it got dark and it smelt a wee musty.
