Posto centrale per visitare Klagenfurt e gustare la cucina austriaca nei ristoranti tipici del posto. Purtroppo il periodo pasquale non è il migliore per visitare il paese visto che molti negozi sono chiusi e non abbiamo potuto acquistare neanche un souvenir... Peccato.

Besonders angenehm war der freundliche Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber und der unkomplizierte Check-in. Das Sofa war zunächst recht unbequem, aber der Gastgeber ist uns sofort entgegengekommen und hat sehr schnell eine Lösung gefunden – das fanden wir wirklich toll.

Ma la cosa più grave, da parte del gestore, è stata quella di non rispondere al telefono, per trovare una soluzione alternativa...magari portando due stufette, dando dimostrazione di buona volontà.

- Susanne (8/5): - Zentrale Lage, historisches Gebäude, großer Raum, Ein sehr guter Platz um die Innenstadt zu erkunden und einkaufen zu gehen. Parkgaragen unmittelbar ums Eck, da wenige Parplätze in der Kurzparkzone. Der Markt ist vor der Haustür. Wenn man öffentlich unterwegs ist gibt es vor dem Haus eine zentrale Bushaltestelle für fast alle Buslinien. Auch der Klagenfurter Hauptbahnhof ist noch in Gehweite. Perfekt für einen Wochenend Trip jetzt noch schneller erreichbar. Die Beheizung mit Elektroheizkörper stößt im Winter wegen der Raumgrösse ( altes Gebäude) an seine Grenzen( speziell im WC) und kann eine Zentralheizung nicht ersetzen. Auch das Zuschalten der Klimaanlage hilft nicht gänzlich.. Waren zuletzt im August im selben Appartment, eine Lampe beim Bett, die damals schon kaputt war, war auch diesmal nicht funktionsfähig. Bitte tauschen. Danke.

- Silvia (10/5): Una garanzia! - È la seconda volta che prenoto qui con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati nuovamente benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la stanza è pulita e ben rifornita. Questa stanza non era provvista di termosifoni ma l'inverter era sufficiente per scaldare la stanza.

Trotz der Lage mitten in der Innenstadt war der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. alles war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ich kann der Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

- Klemun (10/5): Ganz großartiges Quartier in der Mitte Klagenfurts - Großzügige Räume, sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch möbliert. Wunderbare Lage im Zentrum mit dem äußerst netten Benediktinermarkt. Die Appartments sind in einem wirklich schönen Haus. Check in und out angenehm unkompliziert. Ein Ort zum Wiederkehren. Nichts.

- Katrin (8/5): Wohnung Top - Genügend Platz für Koffer und Taschen da wir mit einem Kleinkind (2 J.) gereist sind und man doch noch viel braucht. Tolle Dusche, Sauberkeit in Wohnung und super Lage Kein Geschirrtuch Leider kein Besen zum zusammenkehren da man doch Dreck auf den Schuhen hat und diesen dann überall hinträgt.

- Andrea (10/5): Tutto perfetto. - La struttura è in posizionata in pieno centro, vicino a Neuer Platz ed è facile da trovare: ci siamo arrivati in bicicletta e ci hanno fornito un locale per poterle custodire in modo sicuro. Abbiamo scelto l’appartamento con due camere da letto: spazioso, arredato con cura, pulito, funzionale. Il personale gentile, ha risposto puntualmente a tutte le domande, ha fornito indicazioni precise per l’accesso alla struttura e per il suo uso. Che altro dire: se tornerò a Klagenfurt, sarà un piacere tornare qui.

- László (9/5): Jó szállás a városközpontban - Központi helyen jól felszerelt, hangulatos apartman. A közelben található mélygarázsban térítés ellenében kártyával tudtunk parkolni (a mélygarázs óradíjas tarifájánál olcsóbban, 25 euro/nap). A szállástól kerékpárral könnyen el lehet jutni a Wörther see-hez. A gardrób rész kissé dohos volt, ezért inkább nem használtuk.

- María Rosa (5/5): - La ubicación excelente, pero todo muy impersonal, 6 personas en un apartamento durante 6 días y ni si quiera nos preguntaron si necesitabamos algo, nos faltó papel higiénico. Allí el personal es inexistente. Nos cobraron el impuesto municipal y no me dieron un recibo. Eso sí el dinero en el cajetín de las llaves, no volvería la verdad.

- Dan (3/5): ממש לא נעים . המלון לא מתאים למשפחות - המיקום של המלון טוב . יש פאטיו נחמד לשבת בערב או בבוקר 1. המטבח : אין תנור חימום , המדיח קטן מאוד . פח קטן ואין שקיות זבל . 2. מקלחת : המקלחת באמצע החדר , חצי שקופה . לא נעים בכלל 3. חניה : אין חניה קרובה . משתמשים בחניון תת קרקעי קרוב . החניה עולה 24 יורו ללילה !!! מאוד מאוד יקר ! 4. אין תאורה בחדר והוא דיי חשוך 5. אין תקשרות עם הבעלים ואין מי שיעזור בכל דבר שצריכים , כמו לדוגמא היו חסרות שקיות זבל והבעלים לא ענה לוואצאפ. רק אחרי שעתיים .

- Stefanie (8/5): Schön, aber Preis-Leistung ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar - + die Lage im Zentrum + die Einrichtung des Zimmers + unkomplizierter Check in vorab Online und vor Ort mittels Schlüsselsafe - für das, dass eigentlich keine Leistungen und Verpflegung dabei sind, finde ich den Preis doch sehr hoch. Man muss ja dann auch noch Parken und Lebensmittel noch zusätzlich dazu rechnen. In Klagenfurt gibt es mit ähnlicher Lage einige Zimmer, wo Frühstück für weniger Preis inbegriffen ist. Nur leider war zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung keines mehr frei Somit kommt einen der Urlaub auf diese Weise teurer als würde man gleich mit Verpflegung buchen. Schade drum, denn die Appartements sind wirklich wunderschön
