• Rafael (8/5): Ideal para desconectar - Antigua granja que están rehabilitando, con aparcamiento en la misma puerta y en zona muy tranquila. El precio muy ajustado para los alrededores de Bruselas. Marleen, la anfitriona, muy educada y amable. A 20 km de Bruselas pero se tarda cerca de 40 minutos en recorrerlos debido a la limitación de velocidad y el tráfico . Nuestro apartamento disponía de 3 dormitorios: uno doble y dos individuales extremadamente pequeños, uno de ellos de un metro por menos de 4 m, no adecuado para un adulto. No fuimos capaces de que funcionaran adecuadamente ni la wifi ni la televisión.

Great option for family with car who wants to visit Belgium: 25 minutes to P+R parking in Brussels, 30 minutes to Antwerpen, 50 to Ghent. Almost in center between all interesting places Supermarket in 5 minutes by car, car wash - same distance. Washmachine available on request. Also any questions You have - You can ask host and wil receive warm and detailed support Everything was fine. Probably one pint which should be mentioned - big appartment on FIRST (not ground floor) and toilet/bathroom on ground level. Can be uncomafortable for old people or people with limits.

• Jasmina (9/5): - Sehr liebe Unterkunft, mit reichlich Platz, wir hatten zwei Kinderzimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir durften direkt vor der Wohnung parken, alles sauber und dank Heizung auch schön warm. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten entfernt und hat alles was man braucht. Alles in allem sehr gemütlich und angenehm, würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, die Wohnräume verteilen sich auf 2 Stockwerken, das habe ich beim buchen nicht gewusst. Wir hatten eine Knie-OP und das wäre für uns persönlich relevant gewesen, dass zb das Badezimmer mit WC im Erdgeschoß ist und die 2 von 3 Schlafräumen oben sind. Ebenso ein Kind musste unten schlafen, der Raum war etwas enger und vielleicht nicht ganz so gemütlich wie die oberen Zimmer, allerdings war trotzdem alles was man braucht vorhanden. Daher nur ein winziger Abschlag von der vollen Punktzahl.

• JOSE JAVIER (9/5): Sin duda repetiría. - La anfitriona muy amable y atenta. Nos explicó toda la casa al detalle, todos los electrodomésticos, el wifi, incluso nos dio un plano para ir al supermercado más cercano. La zona muy tranquila, y muy céntrica si tu intención es visitar varias ciudades de Bélgica. Preguntamos por la lavadora y nos explicó donde estaba y como funcionaba. El comedor muy grande. La cocina enorme con todos los electrodomésticos. Las habitaciones de arriba estaban bien con bastante espacio de almacenaje. Mucha zona de aparcamiento en la puerta. Muchas toallas, y ropa de cama por si fuera necesario. El servicio esta en la planta de abajo junto a la entrada y las habitaciones, el comedor y cocina están en la planta de arriba, y aunque solo hay un tramo de escalera, por la noche se hacía incomodo bajar y subir. Si bien es verdad que estas de viaje y no pasamos mucho tiempo en la casa desayunar y alguna noche cenar. Las camas nos resultaron un poco incómodas porque eran muy blandas, aunque es cuestión de gustos. El aseo un poco pequeño sin espacio para dejar nada. Poca luz en las habitaciones.

• Pui (10/5): Quiet remodelled farm house with high ceiling. Closy and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Recommend👍🏻 - The flat is clean and tidy. The bathroom is kept clean. Towels are sufficient. 3 rooms are available. We used the master bedroom and adjacent bedroom. Both are comfortable with desks and closets provided. Bed and pillows are good. Kitchen is functional and equipped with all necessary stainless steel kitchenware, utensils and cutlery. Comfortable living room where you can see the lambs from the window. It’s lovely for kids. The hostess is also friendly and welcomed us in person. A Washing machine and a dryer are provided in the laundry room next to the house entrance. We can park the car just in the courtyard right in front of our house main entrance. Hence it’s safe. It’s 2-floors house. But only a very small room and toilet on the ground floor. Living room, 2 bedrooms and kitchen are in the 1st floor. Can’t think of. But just need to pay attention walking up and down for toilet because you can see through the steps

• Hayley (8/5): Lovely stay had by all, visited Brussels, Ghent and amsterdam. Done a bit of driving but that was our aim. Supermarkets - Lovely property. Spacious as there were 5 of us staying very clean. Kitchen equipped with everything needed for a . Towels provided. Beds nice and comfy. Small bedroom downstairs next to the bathroom. Kind of in the middle of nowhere, can’t do much if you don’t have transport luckily we had our car.

The host was very welcoming and showed us the property and how everything worked. We had a lovely stay. Quiet area with easy access other cities. The property does not have airconditioning so it can get hot in the summer but the host immediately provided an additional fan. Other than that everything was perfect.
• Micheal (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean and quiet, Marlin was very friendly, she even brings toys to our kids. All the devices available, wide and organized kitchen with all what's needed. Be aware that one small bed and the bathroom is downstairs.

The surroundings of the property were nice and peaceful. I have no complains. The single thing is that the accommodation is named "B&B" but they don't serve breakfast. You have your own kitchen to prepare you own breakfast. So that could lead to misunderstandings.

It's only a short drive to Brussels, Antwerp, or Ghent, so very convenient if you want to visit multiple locations without moving every day. Nothing to complain of.

• Rebecca (10/5): Perfect for us - Beautiful location and friendly host. The rooms upstairs were big and clean. Lovely kitchen with everything we needed. Nice sized sitting room. Very quiet, close to town, private. The only bathroom is downstairs, but it was clean and a nice size. Wifi worked fine, and I liked the ventilation system. Looks onto a pretty garden area. Bedroom downstairs was very small. Even so, the ten-year-old still liked it.

Its clean and warm and has everything you need Its very basic There is not a sofa or a comfortable place to spend the evening. Also there is only trashcans for plastic and green garbage. The other garbage we had to take with us.

Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was close to local shops. Only 30mins from central Brussels and 40mins from Antwerp. There wasn't really anything we didn't like, but a toaster in the kitchen would have been nice.

• Aleksandar (10/5): Perfect. Wonderful accommodation, all recommendations. - Everything was perfect. The owner is a wonderful and pleasant woman. She instructed us in everything and was available in case we needed or had any questions. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable. You have everything you need. Free private parking is right in front, you park in the yard. We are very satisfied with the accommodation. Would definitely come again. We hope that we will really manage to come again.

The house is lovely, with the bathroom and a bedroom downstairs, and the living room, kitchen and 2 more bedrooms upstairs. The location is great, in a quiet area, 20 minutes from Brussels.

• Anne (9/5): so wonderful to stay in this beautiful old farm house in a very quiet location, great for walking and cycling. Very clea - A beautiful unit in an old farm building with all the creature comforts, Marleen is a very nice host and the surroundings are very relaxing the only minus was that the wifi is not always working, but should not be an issue if you are there to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
