• Marion (10/5): Sehr unkompliziert. Sehr ruhige Lage. Check-In vor der ursprünglichen Zeit war für uns möglich - Qualität der Betten war sehr gut. Schlafcouch war auch für zwei Erwachsene bequem.

• Tamara (8/5): Hübsche Wohnung in angenehmer Lage mit Geruchsproblem - Schöner Balkon, gemütliches Bett und Sofa, gute Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler). Sehr ausführliche Übergabe per Mail. Tiefgarage. Ruhige Umgebung. Leider penetranter, konstanter Geruch nach Urinal im Vorzimmer, der trotz Reinigung und Duftkerzen nicht wegzubringen war. Geruch nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, sobald man die Balkontüre öffnete (was unangenehm war beim Lüften des Schlafzimmers) Vorhandene Hocker müssten ersetzt werden (knarzen, wackeln, lassen Sitzhöhe nicht mehr anpassen).

• Melanie (9/5): Einfach toll, besser hätte es nicht laufen können! - Es hat alles was eine Wohnung braucht! Aufgrund der tollen Beschreibung ist die Wohnung bzw. die Garage schnell zu finden. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarn sind etwas lauter, da es in einer Wohnungssiedlung ist. Das kann man natürlich nicht beeinflussen, aber es war trotzdem ein Ort des Rückzugs.

Handhabung Schlüssel & Co sehr - Aufgrund Grund Kurs an der Uni war die Lage super Teilweise starker Rauchgestank, vermutlich von anderen Mietern im Wohnhaus. Zieht extrem in di Wohnung, als hätte man selbst geraucht. Toilette war sauber, aber wurde nicht von Grund auf gereinigt, was man gerochen hat.

• Brigitte (8/5): - Als Konzertbesucherin ist es mir wichtig zu Fuß zur Location zu kommen und das ist zum Stadion in ca 15 Minuten möglich. Das Appartement ,ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Die Terrasse großartig. In der Kaffemaschine und im Teekocher war noch das Wasser vom Vorgänger und wenn man nicht weiß wann das war ist es ein bisserl ungustig. Bei den Preis finde ich könne man schon erwarten dass da kein Duschvorhang hängt.

• Anita (10/5): It is a really good decision to stay if you have business at the University. - Clear and easy-to-follow instructions before the journey. Great view from the balcony. Hospitality. Parking. Playground for kids in the yard. The University is at a 1-minute walk. Very-very-very minor issue: the duschgel holder was hard to press (of course we could solve it).

We could not eat together with our kids at the table as there were only two seats. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable for our taste.

As a very(!) minor point it might have helped to spend a few extra words on the parking grage (there were actually three slots numbered wit the number of the parking slot for the appartment ... Since everything else was perfect I dare to mention this quibble.
• Jakub (10/5): Really liked it! - A little bit far from the city centre (close to the bus stop, however), but really close to the lake. Quiet neighbourhood. Quite close to SPAR and LaBotega (a really nice Italian restaurant - recommend it!)
