Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Deborah (8/5): A great place to stay in Port Stephen’s close to everything - It’s in a great place to walk to town and marina cafes & shops Our unit was clean, comfortable, spacious & has everything we needed for a great holiday. Very tastefully styled. Had a lovely balcony & bbq for our use Great shower & lots of hot water The McGrath team were so kind & helpful, when we managed to lock ourselves out on a Saturday afternoon, at 4.45pm, they even came to our unit & delivered us another set of keys. Thank you McGraths Property Managers The stairs were hard on us both as we are in our late 70s Was hard carting all our stuff up 2 flights of stairs

- Janet (7/5): It was not what I understood from the wording of the advertisement. Disappointing. - The location, cleanliness, etc was good The booking said 2 bathrooms which is what we wanted. This property has one bathroom containing shower, toilet and sink. There was one other toilet. When I queried this with reception I was told that Bookings.com was responsible for the advertising of the property. This was very misleading and I would not have booked this property had I been aware that it did not have 2 separate bathrooms. Very disappointed.

- Dhanushi (4/5): We tried to stay out doors as much as possible! - The kitchen was well stocked. There were books and games. As a location it was good for the shops. The pictures made it seem like the property was right opposite a quite beach. This was absolutely not the case! It was a very busy marina and you had to walk a fair way and cross a main street to get to this Marina! No Ar- Conditioning in the whole unit. For all the 30 degrees Celsius plus days we all melted in the unit! it was especially hot in the kitchen. The windows could not be open wide either as they had safety lock on them. There was no WiFi. Carrying luggage up those stairs were a bitch as there was no lift. In all honesty the place can do with an upgrade.

The kitchen is well equipped and we really appreciated the generosity of owners re guest supplies. The electric bbq was also terrific. Thank you. I really think you need to replace all mattresses. Beds are uncomfortable. The chairs in lounge area were uncomfortable. You also need to have better locks on screen doors. Better lighting inside the building entry at night. I also think the apartment needs a really deep clean including all doonas and carpet.
