This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Catherine (8/5): Convenient and cost effective stay for airport transfers. - Good location - walkable to airport or use their shuttle. Can walk over estuary on road bridge that starts from the passenger pick up point (where your friends pick you up - not the taxi one).
Staff friendly even late a night when we arrived.
Didn’t know we got breakfast so that was a surprise.

Very spacious unit.ceiling fans and air con. Quite noisy ,harder walk home due to being up hill.beds and shower could be better as water pressure very poor,and bed very hard.very hard to activate the garage door with remote.
