This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Jan (6/5): Well located budget accommodation. - Location was great. We booked this for our elderly folks for a little getaway because they liked the location. We wanted everything set up for them so added the linen but there was no service to make the bed before arrival, I think a line service would benefit from this additional support. The linen service we paid for only supplied 2 towels for a 7-night stay at $50 for linen some extra towels would have been appreciated. There was no support for people with mobility issues. A shower rail would be a welcome inexpensive addition. The carpet is bunched up and could be a trip hazard.

- Rebecca (8/5): Worth the price value - The accomodations location was great, it was pretty clean and I found the beds comfy They’re pretty open about not providing anything but you literally need to buy/bring everything like salt/pepper/cooking spray/bbq cleaner/toilet paper/sheets/towels etc. but value for money this place still won out
