• Michael (7/5): Great place to stay but poor neighbours - Really close to a store so its handy while traveling for work to pop in and get some food, comfortable apartment with a good shower and heating / cooling in every room. the lock pad for the keys was quite old and hard to open and close, also not sure if this is something with in the control of the host but the neighbours down stairs were yelling and arguing at all hours of the night slamming doors and you could feel it in the floor when they did so
• Diane (5/5): I won't be back. - There was no breakfast. This unit needs to be brought into this century. Carpet is disgraceful. Tapware leaks. Unit smells very stale. Everything is cheap and nasty.

• Daisy (7/5): Suited us well for the cricket, with direct bus straight outside to the stadium. - Good location for our stay to watch the cricket. There is a bus available right outside that takes you to the door of the stadium. Accommodation suited us well for our trip. Quite a few things were broken when we arrived, this is despite the rental company sending a lot of emails asking to fill in a form for a £100 deposit in case there were breakages.
• Lucy (10/5): - Everything was very clean and neat. Abundance of kitchen items, easy to find. Bed was exremely soft when first sat on, however seemed to change lying down and very comfortable. Very quiet, and tidy street 1 min walk to IGA. Great place, 3 mins to huge shopping centre.

• Michael (8/5): Great place to stay. - Perfect for what we needed more Spacious than it looked would’ve like a bit more seating for the people but no biggie it wasn’t major I feel bad for the owner of this property you can clearly see that people whom have stayed here have clearly not looked after it while staying Honestly must be so hard with some people who just don’t give a shit cause it’s not there’s. The ware and tare on this place is showing, cause of inconsiderate people who have stayed in the past. We had a comfortable stay tho thank you. Very today home, clean and very convenient for what we wanted

• Niall (4/5): Unfortunately, disappointing - The size of the apartment was a draw card for us, the IGA around the corner was pretty good and had good opening hours. The area is pretty quiet. Unfortunately, this appears to be cheaply built building. It’s advertised as a ‘luxurious’ apartment…. Many of the dining chairs are stained, two of the main lights in the kitchen were not working, the bed in the larger bedroom was of poor quality and had no support (the other bed seemed fine), cheap appliances, carpet needs replacing, washing machine leaks, the apartment itself is quite dark and the outdoor area was not particularly appealing. A common trait in these types of buildings is that you can hear everything in the apartment above you i.e keys dropping/chairs moving, shower being used, people talking. These people weren’t being loud, it’s just the building. I suspect that staying in the apartment above would feel much better. We paid $400 a night, (a lot compared to other options I had at the time) for something that’s really worth a lot less of that and after the second night of poor sleep, I searched for an alternative place to stay without luck given it was Easter. I booked this accommodation in December so I wasn’t paying ‘last minute’ prices. I hope some improvements can be made to this apartment for future stayers.

• Melanie (6/5): Pleasant - I went to the wrong number 8 property and had to phone to find the right property There were no extra channels other than the free to air, we had a sliding door in the block below that continued to the early hours on the Saturday night. I had to by a spachelor as there was nothing in the cutlery draw. The biggest complaint from all was low water pressure.
• Pathma (7/5): Very comfortable apartment up north of Adelaide - The apartment was very comfortable with everything you needed. All amenities were available. Feel like a home. It's up north and far from places that we want to visit. The milk provided was not sufficient. A 50ml milk box for 5 days. Very little sugar. We just use the honey to substitute.

• Matilda (9/5): Superb - The apartment was good value of money. It was cleaned, air conditioning in every room. Good location, not far from city centre. We had there everything we needed. I highly valued the washing machine which helped us to clean our clothes. We were running out of cleaned ones.
• Lynn (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, the facilities were comfortable and aircon in rooms was very efficient. - The location was fine and close to suburb we wish to be near. The unit was clean and beds comfortable, great shower and having good laundry facilities was great. Agent was friendly when we needed to ask questions and advise of issue. The lighting in the bathroom could have been better, cleaning the skylight may also help. The towel rail fell off wall as second towel was placed on it, very flimsy unit which I had my doubts about when I hung up the first towel. The Internet details were incorrect but a call to renting agent sorted it quickly.
