- Fernando (3/5): Good location. Terrible customer service. - The apartment was nicely decorated and had a great view. The location was nice, but it was a bit noisy outside. We had a terrible experience checking in at this accommodation. The check-in time was 4 p.m., but we didn’t receive any instructions until after we called multiple times and even contacted Booking.com. We finally got in at 6 p.m. To make up for the inconvenience, they didn’t charge us for parking, but this just compensated for the extra parking we had to pay in town while waiting for a response. The Wi-Fi was also not working. We reported this issue, but no one seemed to care. While we were on the phone, one of the workers was extremely rude and yelled at us. As a side note, the hairdryer was broken, and there was no shampoo. This wasn’t mentioned in the booking, but it would have been nice given the high price of the apartment.
- Paula (7/5): Veckan i St Moritz var trevlig, men vissa smärre praktiska problem uppstod. - Det centrala läget var fint och lägenheten var trivsam. Jag hittade massor av damm under sängen. Då städning inte ingår i hyran är hyresgästen beroende av att förra gästen städat ordentligt, vilket inte var fallet. Obligatorisk professionell städning vore att föredra. Ägaren var inte tillgänglig på telefon efter klockan 20.00, trots att incheckningen enligt bokningsbekräftelsen kunde ske 16.00-21.00. Information saknades om viktiga faciliteter såsom exempelvis soprum.
- Assaad (7/5): - Location is very good with shops around. I messaged before arriving asking for access instructions and did not get that until I called on arrival. Person responsible for the apartment was rude and not helpful. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and only one shower. So not 2 full bathrooms. Thus causing inconvenience for the occupants.
- LIWEI (9/5): Great stay in St. Moritz - Great location. In the very centre of everything and easy to train station, shopping centre, coffee, restaurants, almost anything!
