It was well furnished and thoughtfully equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was excellent, the bedrooms were cozy, and the kitchen was very practical. As a family of four, we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time. Our stay was perfect, and we would be more than happy to come back again. Cliff was very helpful and friendly.

• hawkins (2/5): Did not enjoy staying due to being unclean - good location The apartment was not clean and was in poor condition. For example, the was an accumulation of dust around rooms and under beds, as well as on window sills. Blinds and curtains were ripped and stained. The is extensive mould in the shower in the grout. The cup provided in the bathroom had a layer of green residue, etc. Was clear that cleaning for a long time has been a simple vacuum/mop and benches wiped down. Two of the pillows on the bed did not have pillow cases. Blankets were musty. The apartment is also very small and not suitable for anything other than a day or two and not really big enough if you more than 2-3 people as there is no room to move. What compounded this was that there were additional furniture in the apartment that was not needed taking up what little space there was.

Everything was perfectly taken care of — spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every possible amenity. From a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a great shower, absolutely nothing was missing. The location is ideal: peaceful yet central, with beautiful nature and charming restaurants within walking distance. The view from the balcony was breathtaking — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Communication was seamless, and everything was arranged down to the last detail. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a carefree and luxurious stay. A solid 10 out of 10!

I thank Cliff for the entry info and tip sheet, seamless considering a last minute booking. Pool was fine, position ideal, loaded with extras. Bench tops super. But the lounge, TV, couch, coffee tables below par. Durramboi does the job, but luxury it isnt.
