- Petya (1/5): Dirty/ old and smells like mold! - The only thing we like about the property is that it was close by the beach! The apartment we stayed at D1-278 smelled like mold! Extremely old and everything in it was super disgusting. I can not believe people are renting these out for money! We came with our kids and I couldn’t believe the smell in the apartments as well rented two!
- Ани (2/5): Ужасно - Водата на басейна беше чудесна. Беше много мръсно, двете бани имаха проблем с душа и вратите на кабинките бяха счупени. За 5 дни не дойдоха да ни сменят дори кърпите, тоалетната хартия и чаршафите. Матрака в едната спалня беше продънен изключително неудобно. Половината крушки бяха изгорели и нямаше достатъчно контакти в стаите. Сешоара беше от “на баба времето” и когато го включих да суша детето ,се запали в ръцете ми. Чашите, чиниите и всички прибори бяха изключително мръсни. Пода беше черен ,ходиш и краката ти стават черни не е мито поне месец. Имаше един телевизор в тристаен апартамент и той не работеше. Столовете на терасата бяха много захабени и ако си с светли дрехи ги оцветяваше и ставаха сини на петна. Имаше едно “ресторантче” което отваряше в 10:00 нямаше дори машина за кафе за хората които стават по рано и трябваше да обикаляме магазините, за да си вземем кафе рано сутрин. Със сигурност няма да повторим!

- Krzysztof (2/5): - Location and the pools were fine. Apartment we've got was different than the one shown on pictures. I was very disappointed. Kitchen was very very small without a space and required equipment to prepare any more complex meals. Furniture was old and damaged. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Excellent value for money, very spacious apartments. Great location, the private pool is super cozy for smaller kids. Shops for groceries are all around, small but OK restaurant on the property, plenty of more fancy options at max 10 minutes walking distance. Not noisy, good views to the sea. The property has very limited parking (reserved mostly for residents) but there is a decent paid option not very far away. This wouldn't be a problem but you should get proper indication BEFORE ARRIVAL how to manage the process. I received a parking confirmation, but learned there is no place left when finally arrived ... Quite difficult to find which exact gate goes to this property, whom to talk to etc. Please put out some banners or give precise GPS coordinates:)

- Neli (7/5): It was okay - Near a beach; near to supermarkets; spacious rooms & terrace; limited access with chip; calm & quiet atmosphere most of the time; beautiful garden & many birds around which we loved; staff was okay, helped us if we asked Could be cleaner and more maintained (pool; beach ext.); it’s in a different location than what is written in the advertisement (Elenite, not Saint Vlas); no parking spots (you have to walk with your luggage a lot which is frustrating as a guest); in the evening we could clearly hear the music from the near amusement park, but it wasn’t till late (~10:30PM), best to go out and skip it.

- Balázs (7/5): With a family and small children, it's good if you don't need a doctor or a pharmacy. None of these are nearby. - The accommodation is close to the beach. The pool is very good, the children enjoy it. There are 3 shops and two good and affordable restaurants nearby. The wi-fi did not work, the air conditioner in one of the rooms also did not work properly. Google also listed 3 pharmacies, but all of them are closed. The nearest doctor is in Sunny Beach. Fortunately, this was not necessary in the end, but it is good to know that the accommodation is rather far from such services.
