• Gottfried (6/5): My overall experience in Rio Quente was disappointing. The area lacks adequate infrastructure, and the property reflecte - Location, some of the facilities at the premises. Prompt response from the owner. Mattress was ok. Cockroaches were present in the living room and kitchen area. The shower had no ventilation. The pillows were filthy. Bed linens are not provided by the owner and this is disclosed in the listing at the time of booking; however, the third-party linens that were provided were not clean. The entire apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor. The windows had no mosquito screens. The air-conditioning filter was dirty and clearly needed cleaning. Staff provides you with incorrect information and I had an issue regarding bringing guests for breakfast. Apparently, this is forbidden, even if they pay for it.

Gostei de tudo no apartamento o que me deixou chateado foi o tempo que levou para limpar e liberar o apartamento , tinha solicitado o adiantamento horário do checkin.
