- Diane (9/5): Beautiful spot in Townsville - Excellent location. 5 minute walk to supermarket, chemist, numerous cafes and restaurants and the beach. Beautiful gardens across the road. Cottage was perfect, spacious and beautifully decorated. Could not fault. Nothing to dislike.

The little things made such a difference - coffee pods, kitchen containing everything you can think of, laundry powder and clean shared facilities (laundry). It’s clear the owner takes pride in her home and I will stay there again for sure.

The cottage was way bigger in person than the photos - really spacious and clean. Had all the amenities you needed. Neighbours having a loud argument for about half an hour in the middle of the night. But this wasn’t the owner’s fault and only happened once in the 7 days I was there.

Security premises that gave us piece of mind. Semi- detached to owners property and other tenants. Laundry was shared.

- Lucinda (10/5): Fantastic location & wonderful host/owner = Perfect - This cottage is perfect in every way. Not only was it beautifully presented it was also spotlessly clean and all necessities were provided - even milk for that desperately needed cuppa on arrival. The location could not have been better - within walking distance to The Strand with all it's eateries, the beach, Coles & other shops and Queens Garden but still quiet enough that it was very easy to get a great night's sleep. Add in the fact that Eileen is friendly & so easy to communicate with and you have the perfect place to stay when visiting Townsville. There was absolutely nothing to not like about this gorgeous cottage.
- Richard (10/5): Sensational. It suited us perfectly - Location was excellent. The apartment is very well equipped for self catering and beautifully appointed. Very quiet and comfortable. Close to a major shopping centre ( 5 minutes) and various restaurants and also the Strand waterfront. The city centre is a 15 minute walk and a 25 minute walk to the ferry to Magnetic Island. Eileen communicated very well and both her and Peter were warm and welcoming and most helpful. Would love to return. Nothing
