Trichkov (10/5): Редовно посещавам това място - Посещавам това място за четвърти или пети път.В доста отношения е подновено и подобрено.Тихо, спокойно , сигурно място, в комуникативен район.Отлична хигиена и удобства.Много точни и съдействащи домакини.Спалнята е в коридор на 2 метра от дневната, но това въобще ни ми пречи.Има и удобна, уютна тераса с люлка на нея. Няма нещо което да не ми харесва.
• Lisa Mary (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. - Das Studio ist sehr sauber und trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig gelegen. Anliegen werden umgehend beantwortet und selbst Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer und ein Föhn sind zu finden. Eine mobile Kochplatte wäre gut gewesen.

I didnt even stay b - Just the location Super hot,like sauna no air conditioner in the bedroom,the front door stays open no lock on it which is not really safe …… Shower in the bathroom was not comfortable,water was coming from everywhere sink and shower when you on it ……
• Svetlomira (1/5): - The only good thing was the location We have booked the accommodation for 14 days.For a start the advertised studio was misleading. It isn't a studio, it is a loft conversion with shared rooms which wasn't mentioned on the description of the property. When we've arrived at the address it was already 23. 30. After all day of traveling we had to carry all cases 5 floors up to the last floor, as there wasn't a lift. We was absolutely tired and disappointed of the accommodation. We immediately tried to contact the owner but we didn't get luck. Then we got in touch with booking.com and explained the situation. By the time we've tried to sort our reservation already gone 1 o'clock in the morning. We've decided we can sleep one night and to decide what to do in the morning. It was impossible to stay 14 days in a place where we have to share space with some other strange people and to go from the bedroom to the toilet we have to lock the doors every time. The bedroom haven't had an air-conditioning and it wasn't fit for purpose. The heat was unbelievable and the beds were too small. Furthermore the bathroom was extremely small, where the shower head was connected to the tap and it was impossible to was our hand and faces. If you're having shower the water goes all over the toilet seat and coming out of the door into the living room. We've contact multiple times booking.com for refund but the owner kept refusing to give our money back with the excuse we slept one night. Absolutely disgusting attitude for a person who thinks is running a holiday business. Avoid at any cost.

• Emma (7/5): Good - I liked that the accomodation was pretty close to the beach and restaurants. From there you can go easily to other places of interest. That for a three nights stay we had to ask on the third day to get two new clean shower towels and a roll of toilet paper. We eventually got them but only after the owner told us it's not a hotel and we shouldn't expect to get new towels and toilet paper in a four days stay... And the bathroom was very small. For a little tall or big person it's not ok at all, and from the pictures on Booking you can't see that. The washbasin was very small too. Everything was very cramped because the bathroom area was very small. The rooms were ok, the "bedroom" a little bit small, but for two not very tall people is perfect 😃.

• Lora (8/5): Great location and interior, small issues with the bathroom - The location is top-notch. The interior is also great. The lady I communicated with over the phone was really polite and helpful. We even had the chance for early check-in and late check-out, which I highly appreciate. The balcony is really nice and peaceful. The bedroom and the kitchen were divided by a corridor, which was shared with other rooms, owned by other people. Overall, I think there was someone else there only once or twice, so it wasn’t a big issue. The issue we had was with the bathroom. It is quite small and if you are not careful, you can flood the kitchen. Also, there is no air-conditioner in the bedroom, which might be an issue if you are visiting during the summer.

• Bettina (5/5): Nice small apartment - The host is kind, replying pretty quickly, and providing all the necessary information at time. The sleeping room was well cleaned. The apartment is well equipped. The location is excellent. It is a small apartment, but they organised it well. There were a few cockroaches in the kitchen, and in the bathroom, they have to get it under control. The living room wasn't cleaned for a while, the dining table was so dusty that I could draw a smiley on it. It was very hard to get to the top floor because there were electric cables all around the stairways, on the stairs, in the air, everywhere-I visited probably during renovation.

• Remy (8/5): Excellent location close to center & Sea Garden, cool balcony, shared hallway to bedroom. - Cool balcony, great location, more space then expexted Note that there is no elevator and it's quite a climb. For us was okay, we did not had much luggage. Also note that the hallway is a shared space, someone else uses the other rooms. To go from the sleeping room to the main room (with bathroom) you have to go through shared space. Also there is airco in the main room, but not in the sleeping room. But the couch is quite a comfy bed so one of us slept there in the cool, and the other in the hotter sleeping room.
• Aishi (8/5): Amazing location - The interior is really nice, cozy, clean and comfortable. The location is 2 min walking from the center and 6-8 from Varna sea garden and the beach - far enough from all the noise but close enough to the walking zone. It has paid privet parking nearby, a grocery shop and ton of restaurants. The train station is like 15 min walking. It's nice for 2-3 days stay, have everything necessary. It have sockets on strategical places like next to the sofa, table, bed, on the balcony! 🤩 Since is in the center all around is a blue parking zone which is paid per hour/s and almost impossible to find a place to park even if you agree with the fee (pointing it because I didn't know about it before we arrive). The living room and the bedroom are separated from a hallway and basically a shared space with another resident so you need to lock the 2 doors every time when you plan to stay longer in another room or shower, or sleep etc. Which wasn't really issue just was surprising. The bathroom is really small and the door don't really close so some water leaking when you take a shower.

• Ayshen (6/5): I dont think i would stay there again - Pretty good location, the furniture i new and modern, feels pretty cozy in the living room Extremely small bathroom and the door does not lock or close, and the biggest disappointment is that the apartment is not actually linked to one other but shared with other tenants and i was not informed of the fact till i checked in, there is someone else living there and i was shocked to hear someone getting in the corridor to access the other two rooms, also the front door does not lock at all
• Oleksandr (6/5): Good for one big person or for a couple of short people and two small kids!😂 - I don’t like size of beds in bedroom, they are not for man 191 centimetres tall!) Perfect for kids but not for me.) Plus I don’t feel safe left my stuff in flat because door is too thick and the main door not locking, you just don’t have a key for it. Shower also like a joke😄. It was really clean and warm, you have all main stuff what you need in flat.
