• Stefan (2/5): Apartment in Ordnung, Vermieter sehr kompliziert - Nettes Apartment, gute Lage, schöne Aussicht Wir hatten dieselbe Erfahrung wie in schon Patrik in seiner Bewertung angeführt hat. Wir haben die Vermieter nie gesehen, weder bei Ankunft, noch bei der Abreise. Nachdem wir nach Hause gefahren sind, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir angeblich die Balkontüre bzw. Dichtungen bei der Türe beschädigt hätten. Durch unsachgemäße Bedienung! Wenn die Türe schon so schwer zu bedienen ist, dann hätte man uns bei der Ankunft empfangen und uns die richtige Bedienung zeigen müssen, zumal dies nach Aussage der Vermieterin schon mal vorgekommen ist. Ich kann Patrik nur zustimmen, die Vermieter sind sehr kompliziert. Neben unzähligen mails vorab über Hausordnungen, Verhaltensregeln, check out Vorgaben,.... war auch die Kommunikation über den angeblich von uns verursachten Schaden sehr mühsam. Es war keine normale Kommunikation möglich, da unsere Argumente ignoriert wurden, es ausschließlich behauptet wurde, dass wir den Schaden verursacht hätten, und wir in Hinblick auf die Kaution dazu gedrängt wurden, die Angelegenheit unserer Versicherung zu melden. Dies alles war sehr unangenehm und für uns eigentlich nicht zu akzeptieren! Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Schladming selbst, aber diese Sache hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr getrübt!!

There was also plenty of storage and hanging space for both clean and dirty clothes. Ursula & Thomas were easy to contact and have lots of suggestions of places to visit and things to do. Nothing.
