• Anna (10/5): Добър избор във Варна - Перфектна локация в сърцето на Варна. Огромен плюс е наличието на паркомясто в закрития паркинг в съседство. Прекарахме няколко дни във Варна и избрахме този апартамент. Много сме доволни – чист, уютен, с приятно обзавеждане и комфортно легло. Локацията е супер, особено ако искаш да си близо до центъра/плажа/заведенията/магазините. Домакинът беше отзивчив. Бихме го наели отново. без забележка

• Gabriela (8/5): - The host were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. ​The location is perfect. It was right to the beach, right in the city center The apartment was spotlessly clean. The rooms were maintained to a high standard. The only significant downside was a persistent old smell, particularly a noticeable scent of mothballs in the room/hallways. While the apartment was clean, this specific odor detracted slightly from the otherwise great atmosphere.

• Violeta (9/5): - Great location, we loved the retro style. The apartment is very comfortable. The host was very responsive and ready to help. A litle bit attention to details. Need to have couple of bottles of water, tissue box, emergency shampoo etc, not a leftovers.

Апартаментът е много стилен и автентичен, с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Осигурено е паркомясто на затворен паркинг. На пешеходно разстояние от плаж, парк, ресторанти, магазини. Благодаря на собствениците и определено ще се върна!

• Moose (9/5): Steps from the Black Sea - The apartment is located overlooking the main pedestrian boulevard. You go through a souvenir shop to reach the building entrance. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment has a separate bedroom from the lounge/kitchenette. There are air conditioners in both rooms. The bed was comfortable. There are two chairs in the bedroom and a couch in the lounge. The apartment has a washing machine. There is a small balcony for drying clothes. The host helped call a taxi for me to the bus station and walked with me to the pickup point. No shampoo/shower gel provided. The bathroom floor gets very slippery when wet, during and after a shower.

• Lorita (10/5): Over all I’m highly satisfied by this booking. - The property was stylishly furnished and clean, it had all necessities you might need. Also it has a very convenient parking, a great asset for a city like Varna. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and involved, made me feel safe and secured during my solo trip. Nothing that I could think of.

• Delyan (10/5): A real gem in the ❤️ of the city! - It is an amazing property in the middle of everything! Highly recommend it! 10 out of 10! There is nothing really to complain about. I would like to make a minor suggestion, though. The apartment is equipped with a very nice coffee machine and a huge refrigerator. It will be really nice if the host provides some complimentary tea and water. This will be of great value to some guests who are exhausted after a long trip and want to have a glass of spring water or a cup of tea.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the entrance of the Sea Garden, with the convenience of a parking space right by the building. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, and stylish, with a stunning view from the window. The beds are extremely comfortable, and despite being in such a central location, it’s wonderfully quiet when the windows are closed. The apartment has everything you! If I could rate this apartment on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give it a 20! What truly sets this place apart is the welcoming host, whose care and attention to detail made us feel genuinely special and well taken care of. I don't think I'll be looking for another place from now on—see you next year!

• Rok (10/5): Would recommend and would love to return! - We loved the stay, the flat and the location. Also the hosts were super nice. they met us in person and showed us where we can park the car in a garage (usefull during the summer). Have to thank them because they even sent us a shirt I forgot during my stay. Liked everything, only the bathroom is a bit small.

• Valentinova (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing. Great soundproofing of the windows means you can relax and rest even though you're in the most central location you can find. The parking is really useful and close enough.

• Susan (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment in an amazing location, right on the pedestrian zone with lots of cafes and restaurants and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful, and it was great to have private parking

What I liked the most was the view from the small bedroom, you open the window and there's a big tree in front of you, what can be nicer than this? A cat liked to climb up and sleep there, our little girl was happy to see that cat every day in the tree. The beach is very close, and so is everything, actually. For those preoccupied by the noise (we were, too), there is a bit of a noise (which is normal, after all, with all those bars and terraces), but it did not bother us at all, we slept very well. The owners are very nice, we got everything we asked for. Definitely a place to come back to.

• Szsza (10/5): Above expectation - well worth it! - We got clear instructions on where to park 50m from the location. We arrived earlier so we could enjoy the beach from early morning. Once we met the host, we received the keys and the parking card (even the time from the morning was free of charge, but had to move the card underground, instead of leaving it outside in the sun - it was perfect). The apartment was small, but wonderful, and had everything you needed: AC, fridge, washing machine, small balcony (with racks to dry your clothes), nice bathroom with hot water (shower only), free and very good wifi, a sofa, a comfortable bed with 2 soft and 2 harder pillows, big TV. It had really good windows, as the outside noise was barely noticeable once they were closed... and let me tell you, you are in the middle of the action, in the center, close to the park, close to the beach, to restaurants, etc. Highly-highly recommend! The small apartment sometimes made a pretty big noise (like the walls or the floor expanding from heat or cold). It happened way more often than expected, but it was a minor-minor inconvenience. One single expectation was not met: there was no shower gel/shampoo provided. Literally nothing else that I could mention - everything else was exceptional.

I like the furniture, deduction as interior. That’s why I chose it and totally recover my opinion from photos in Booking. I like everything.

• C.h. (8/5): Recommend for location and ease (but keep in mind it's not hotel) - Very nice atmosphere and great location in the center and right by the beach/sea. Upon arrival the apartment was tidy and clean. As it was an apartment (and not a hotel) there was no regular cleaning, no replacement of towels and other amenities (e.g., toiletpaper etc.). For a week long stay, that was not so convenient. There was a washing machine but no detergent etc. We asked upfront if there was a working elevator (for poor mobility), answer was yes. But in reality the elevator didn't even stop/the elevator door was not even working on our floor.
