• Askar (10/5): Nice apartment with garage - Very nice and clean apartment with a large terrace with everything you need for a short stay. Having water, coffee, tea and sweets is very convenient. There is a garage available as well.

• Nevena (10/5): - Апартаментът е малък, но много комфортен и уютен. Има две чудесни тераси за сутрешно кафе. Батерията в кухнята е много висока и пръска. Ако се сложи удължител ще е много по удобно. Има недостиг на контакти, особено в спалнята.

Отличная большая терраса с красивым видом! Чистота и удобства в квартире на высоте, все что необходимо есть! Рядом парк, магазины, кафе! Хозяин всегда был на связи и рассказал о всех вопросах! Очень рекомендую Спасибо за гостеприимство

Сградата е супер, нова и модерна... домакинката ни беше оставила - олио, оцет, подправки, кафе капсули, голяма бутилка вода, малки мъфини, бутилка просеко, принадлежностите за банята не бяха само сапунче и шампоан - имаше дори и четки за зъби и паста... всичко е направено така че да се почувствате специално... Благодаря! локацията... Аспарухово през зимата не красиво, панелките насреща не са гледка за умиране

• Ivelina (10/5): - Уникален апартамент.Всичко е подредено с вкус и стил.Нищо не ни липсваше.Широка тераса, голяма удобна спалня, кухненскят кът е снабден с достатъчно съдове и прибори.И ,най-приятното,беше ,че имаше,чай,кафе капсули и зърнена закуска,което ни направави деня усмихнат🙂.Пътуваме често и не сме отсядали на по-приятно място за повече от разумна цена. Благодаря,Преслава. Няма нещо за не харесване
• Альона (10/5): - Це місце вкрало моє серце. У нашої родини була важка дорога з Туреччини до України, і саме Болгарію ми вибрали для перепочинку (ночівлі). Заїхали пізно та виїхали рано, але таке тепло і турботу, я не відчувала в жодних апартаментах, як тут. По-перше гарне розташування, легко знайти, по-друге є гараж, це прям бонус, по-третє чисто і затишно. Окрема вдячність за розкладений диван і застелену постіль для всих, мене це розчулило, таке враження, що тебе дійсно чекали і відчули твою втому. На кухні чекала вівсянка швидкого приготування, шоколад, кава, чай, вино... Щиро дякуємо. І бажаємо багато вдячних гостей.

• Melissa (8/5): - De ruimtes waren mooi groot, moderne badkamer, woonkamer en keuken. Het bed was wat smal en deken was kort. In de slaapkamer en op het achterste terras waren wat stofwebben op te merken

• Andrew (6/5): Awkward apartment unit but is livable after a learning curve. - Recently updated with nice countertops, floors, doors. The fact that it had a garage parking space was absolutely necessary as there is zero street parking. The design of the unit made it quite awkward, at least initially. The kitchen has a sloped roof corner over the mini-fridge and I bumped my head pretty hard once. The master bedroom has only one light switch located at the door entrance and I ran into the closet partition with the right side of my face trying to exit the room in the dark. It desperately needs lamps on nightstands. Finally, the bathroom has the toilet located literally in the shower and I ran into the glass shower wall with the left side of my face at night. I checked out of the unit with 3 bruises on my head and face. The kitchen is beautiful, except that that the fridge is a tiny, mini-fridge, that holds almost nothing and the freezer did not work at all. All of our frozen items melted overnight. Add the fact when you straighten up after dealing with the fridge, your head is prone to smashing the sloped post overhead. The garage was great, except that you had to get the key from the unit to open it. The garage fronts on the street and so your car is partially blocking traffic while getting the key. Moreover, the key works backwards, but eventually you figure out how to open it. There is no handle on the garage door so one has to reach down and pull up (or down) on the bottom of the door thereby gripping a filthy, bottom edge coated with whatever drifts in from the street. The garage entry door is so narrow that I barely cleared my side mirrors by a cm or so on each side, and my car is not that big. Once inside, there is no ability to access the right side of the car or open any of the passenger doors on the right.
