• Danilo (9/5): Super Wohnung mit toller Lage - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern waren wir rundum zufrieden. Bäcker und Fleischer sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, was super praktisch war. Die Lage ist ideal, um mit den Kindern viel zu unternehmen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! Alles perfekt 😉

• Anke (9/5): Super Lage & top Gastgeber – perfekt für Skiurlaub mit Enkelin! - Wir waren mit unserer Enkeltochter in dieser Ferienwohnung und sind begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal, nur wenige Minuten vom Klausenlift (Skikurs) und dem Wildpark entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst war top ausgestattet und makellos sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Vermieter: Sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Eine rundum positive Erfahrung. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!
• Schubert (8/5): - Es war ein Kurzurlaub mit meiner Mutti. Wir haben viele Spaziergänge unternommen und auch der Wildpark war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Vermieter war immer bei Fragen erreichbar. Wir würden gern wiederkommen. Da gibt es nichts.
• Monique (9/5): Sehr schön und komfortabel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Die FeWo ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Im oberen Bereich befinden sich Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und Bad, auf der Zwischenetage ist das Wohnzimmer und im unteren Bereich gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett). In direkter Umgebung gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Metzger, beide mit sehr leckeren Produkten. Für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern ist Mehlmeisel ein schöner Ort mit Wildpark, Erlebnispfad und leichten Wanderwegen. Im Tal haben wir eine Skischule und den Lift entdeckt, scheint anfängertauglich zu sein.

• Gerschwitz (10/5): - Es hat uns und den Kindern super gefallen. Es war alles da, was man braucht! Sauberkeit > Dauem hoch Einrichtung auch sehr schön und gemütlich. Kommen gerne wieder! Steckdosenschutz für die ganz kleinen wäre von Vorteil. Aber das war es auch.

The apartment is well-equipped. Nice view from the windows (field and mountains, not a next wall). Parking lot.👍
• Travelveteran (7/5): Spacious and well-equipped stylish holiday home in quiet village location - Very quiet village location; about 8 minutes walk from the bus stop; a pleasant rural area with walks and other little towns and villages to visit; the beautiful city of Bayreuth is 30 km away; Edeka supermarket is closest large foodstore about 5-10 minutes drive away (Note: we were travelling around by bus on this trip which was challenging but not impossible - however a car would be much preferable and there is free and plentiful parking at the property) Nearby bakery/small food shop and cafe, though note that Mehlmeisel has little in the way of shops and eateries Small (usually unmanned) tourist information office (note that staff speak limited English) People in Mehlmeisel are very friendly; the place has a relaxed and sleepy vibe Personal and warm welcome from host; responsive to messages beforehand Very clean and extremely well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and every utensil possible; very spacious property with big dining table and large living area, two TVs; plenty of space for walking gear, lots of storage; the mezzanine seating area is lovely for relaxing. Washing machine is handy (in communal room in basement) Outside patio with sun umbrella Electric window shutters Overall I considered this property good value for money Main downside for us was that Mehlmeisel was too small and quiet a village for our taste - we like to be able to walk around a wee place with some life in the evening; this of course wouldn't be an issue for everyone; also without a car it's tough staying here A few minor quibbles about the house: no porch light for the patio; a missing blind in living space meant that the property got very hot during the day; the blinds generally weren't effective enough at keeping out the sun The shower was a bit cramped Dish tabs - not enough provided
