H.M. (9/5): Prachtig skigebied, aardige host, mooi schoon appartement, uitgebreide keuken. - Rustige locatie van het appartement. Lopen naar de lift is mogelijk langs de beek, maar de parkeerplaatsen bij de diverse skigebieden waren ondanks de vakantie periode nog zo leeg, dat we besloten hebben toch de auto elke keer te pakken. Ideale plek om de diverse skigebieden in het gehele dal te verkennen. Volwaardige keuken met alles erop en er aan. Door de indeling voelt het aan alsof het 2 slaapkamers heeft en een ruime woon/eetkeuken. Geen gebruik gemaakt van terras, wat overigens niet grenst aan het appartement. Sorry buren van appartement Birke 1, Wij hebben kinderen. Het kan zijn dat u ze gehoord heeft. Deze twee appartementen zijn wat gehorig.

Otto (8/5): - Sehr gute Ausstattung, eigene Schischuhtrockner im Appartement, drei Kaffeemaschinen, Waschmaschine. Wäschetrockner, zwei WCs, usw. Man/Frau muß das Kleingedruckte bei der Buchung lesen. 500 Euro Kaution, 90 Euro Endreinigung und 15 Euro pro Bettbezug waren in bar beim Checkin zu bezahlen bzw. zu hinterlegen. Die Kaution war somit höher als der Apartementpreis. Ich buche häufig auf booking.com. Sowas ist mir noch nicht unter gekommen. Bei 90 Euro für die Endreinigung wird man/frau noch angehalten den Müll selber hinaus zu bringen.
