• Tobias (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, das Schlafsofa überhaupt nicht zu gebrauchen, Wasserkocher und andere Küchengegenstände schmutzig und unvollständig. Gleiches gilt für Handtücher, Fernseher ohne klassische Programme (ARD, ZDF etc.), Kaffeemaschine noch mit Wasserresten vom vorletzten Gast. Daher leider ein extrem schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
• Ramona (4/5): - Bewertung der Ferienwohnung in Bad Saulgau (7-tägiger Aufenthalt) Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in Bad Saulgau, direkt an der Hauptstraße. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass alles Notwendige für den Aufenthalt vorhanden war. Leider gab es mehrere erhebliche Mängel: • Lautstärke: Durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße war es dauerhaft sehr laut, auch nachts – Entspannung war dadurch kaum möglich. • Geruch: In der Wohnung roch es stark nach Rauch, was besonders für Nichtraucher unangenehm ist. • Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Reinigungskraft erschien erst, als ich bereits vor Ort war, blieb nur etwa 10 Minuten und der Gesamteindruck war entsprechend nicht hygienisch. • Schlechter Zugang zur Wohnung: Die Angaben zum Zugang waren verwirrend. Der übermittelte PIN-Code war nicht für das Schlüsselfach gedacht, sondern für die Tür – und selbst dort war er um zwei Stellen zu kurz. Der Vermieter war telefonisch zunächst nicht erreichbar. Insofern war das verspätete Eintreffen der Reinigungskraft immerhin eine kleine Hilfe beim Zugang. • Mobiliar und Ausstattung: Die Schlafcouch war stark befleckt und wirkte unhygienisch. Der Fernseher läuft ausschließlich über Internet – leider war die Verbindung instabil, was das Fernseherlebnis erheblich beeinträchtigte. Fazit: Trotz der grundsätzlich vorhandenen Ausstattung war der Aufenthalt durch Lärm, Sauberkeitsmängel und schlechte Organisation getrübt. Ohne deutliche Verbesserungen kann ich die Wohnung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Simone (9/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Straßenlärm war mit geschlossener Jalousie zu ertragen. Die Tür zur Wohnung öffnen. Der Geräuschpegel vom Kühlschrank.
• Anne-Kathrin (9/5): - Alles sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zentrale Lage.
• Christian (2/5): - Es war dreckig und verschmutzt vor allem auch die Wände. Dazu war im Badezimmer schimmel und die Duschwanne war auch nicht stabil. Der Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert und das Haus war von außen renovierungsbedürftig. Auch die Terasse war verschmutzt das man die nicht benutzen wollte.
• Steven (8/5): Nice cosy town apartment in an amazing area, with a great restaurant nearby. - Fun little apartment. Decorated tidy and minimalistic. There's a kitchen and microwave, so that's good. Everything was clean. Center of the town is nearby. The best thing: The Greek restaurant across the street. Their food was delicious. Outside door was locked initially, a neighbour had to open it. After that we were always a bit anxious "what if it closes and the host can't open it?". Door to the room itself had a code, was a bit difficult to open. You REALLY need to use force to open it. Light wasn't cosy. We got little candles to create some atmosphere. And the shower curtain was missing so the floor got wet quickly when showering. Also no parking. Had to park some streets away.

• Gloria (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place to stay at, super clean, great location and the tenant was very helpful and friendly!
• Basilea (9/5): Superb - Very nice, modern, clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Nespresso coffee machine. The location has some noise from the street. Otherwise the location is fine and central.
