• Ilka (7/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und befand sich in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Lage. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Es war leider kein Besen und Wischmop vorhanden.

• 2016 (9/5): - Ruhe, Sauberkeit, netter Besitzer, schöne Terrasse, schöne Zimmer, gepflegt, schöne gegend Die Fliesen sind kalt, es liegt ein kleiner Teppich darauf wären es mehr, wäre es morgens etwas wärmer und es könnten größere Mülleimern aufgestellt werden. Und etwas grüßerer zugang in den Garten könnte sein.

• Noah (5/5): Inakzeptabler Geruch - Ruhige Lage. - Starker Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch in der gesamten Wohnung, der auch durch Dauerlüften nicht verfliegt. Das ist für eine als Nichtraucherwohnung beworbene Unterkunft vollkommen inakzeptabel. Eine entsprechende Beschwerde bei der Vermieterin blieb unbeantwortet. - Teile der Wohnung (vor allem die Terrasse) waren nicht gereinigt. Es klebten bzw. lagen Essensreste auf dem Tisch und am Boden. - Ausstattung (z.B. in der Küche) gemessen am Preis eher spärlich und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig (z.B. Dichtungsleisten der Dusche).

• Anthony (8/5): An enjoyable stay in a well-presented apartment - The apartment was just right for us, in a residential area not too far from the Weststadt shopping area. It was important to us that we were able to bring our dog. The apartment was in good condition, with its furniture and furnishings looking reasonably new. The kitchen was fairly well equipped for a short stay and everything worked! The week we spent there was very hot but the apartment always felt pleasantly cool. Parking at the apartment was easy for us - there was always a free space in the available parking. Baden-Baden is well situated to explore the Black Forest, which is beautiful - with drives and walks through stunning countryside, villages and towns. For a stay of a week, only two electric rings wasn't quite enough for cooking. Although there was enough crockery, glasses and cutlery, it was a bit of a shame that the two wine glasses available were completely different sizes! A matching pair would have been better. The small garden was fine for our dog to wander around but it would have been a bit dangerous for unattended children, as there was a steep fall at the end. It looks as if work is in hand to add a better protected patio at the end of the garden. The garden was a bit scruffy too, though that didn't worry us.

• Marina Garcia Gomez (6/5): - Die Größe der Wohnung, schöne Fliesen, die Lage. An sich eine schöne Wohnung. Die Lage ist top, eine schöne ruhige Wohngegend. Nur leider riecht die Wohnung extrem nach Zigarettenrauch (wir sind Nichtraucher), sobald man die Wohnung betritt. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche haben muffig gerochen. Und vor dem Terrassengeländer lag Hundekot und eine weiße Socke.
• Abhishek (6/5): Pleasant - There was a guest card for visitors which would help in getting discounts at major tourist spots like the Caracella thermal bad. The WiFi was very bad, could not access any site. The bed mattress was very soft, and gave me back pain after 3 nights. The cooking pan (non-stick) was not in good condition and black particles would come off when making scrambled eggs (used a wooden spatula). The shower area was very small and water would come out from below the door onto the bathroom floor.

• Krishnan (6/5): Couldn’t have been better. - The apartment was spacious, neat and tidy. It had a nice kitchen. The location had a good public transport connection. The WiFi didn’t work on the day we arrived. We had to call/SMS every day regarding the issue. It was on and off. We had a poor connection that lasted for an hour on one of our 4 days of stay. On the fourth night, the room heaters were switched off. On the day we left, there was no warm water.

Required an email and telcon to resolve issue Signal was weak and tapped out on several occasions. Lean on towels and extra pillow case and duvet cover . Upon request , was facilitated. Yes , right around New Years not ideal asking for services. Granted it did not impact me greatly as I was away from property with the exception of sleeping there. Roll shutter spring rope clamp failed while into second half of weeks stay. Simple fix. Good location . Walking paths close by. Convenient in my impression.
• Stolemacuk (8/5): Warm and clean, very spacious apartment with a lot of kitchen appliances except oven, great view - It was specious and warm. It was clean and neat. Very nice view from the porch. Always available parking, its on the street but still its free and safe. There is a weird smell maybe because its basement floor -1 floor, maybe from cleaning products, few air refreshers would do the trick. Maybe fixing the tv cable so guests can use the TV. The microwave is an old timer but its an extra to have it so use it as it is. I think bit expensive since its dated except the bathroom, old furniture, random kitchenware instead of sets and couch that expands.

Easy to check in and out Nice terrace Clean Nice bakery down the road, friendly people all around A strange smell as we entered the apt. As if sbd had smoked or cooked & not aired. The shredded sofa needs to go ASAP and also the stained bed mattress. It would make a HUGE difference.

• Mona-elena (9/5): A well equipped apartment for our needs - Received the code for the key box in good time, the area was very peaceful and quiet, and you could really enjoy the fresh air and the views. Could offer some small essentials like instant coffee and some sugar and salt.
• Susanne (6/5): Good base for BAD but perhaps other options for Black Forest. - I arrived a little earlier than expected but was able to get the key and enter upon arrival. The location was good for my purposes. The landlady seemed friendly. Photos of the property show different flats, with different facilities, which can be misleading. There was a lingering odour of (Asian) cooking in this flat, the TV controller didn't work properly, and there was bizarre mix of plates, cups etc - enough for one perhaps, but also completely pointless items.
