• Claudia (8/5): Ampliò, comodo, zona bella e tranquilla, posto auto - L'appartamento è molto caldo e chiaro. Vicino a la città ma molto tranquillo. Il proprietario è molto attento e subito disponibile. Mobile un po vecchio, cucina e bagno non moderno ma funzionale.
• Merçona (8/5): - Molt bona situació. Barri tranquil i edifici molt correcte. Molt a prop del centre de la ciutat, a pocs minuts a peu. L''Alexej va ser molt atent a l'hora de donar-nos la informació que sol·licitàvem. L'apartament estava net, però la decoració i les instal·lacions eren antiquats. La persona que ens va recebre només parlava rus i ens vam haver d'entendre a través d'una aplicació.
• Elguja (9/5): Sehr gut - Es war eine sehr gemütliche und saubere Lage mit allem Sachen. Sie lag im Stadtzentrum, man konnte alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Wir sind zufrieden und sehr gerne werden wir nochmal besuchen.
• Silke (9/5): - Wir lieben die ruhige Lage und Nähe zum Ortskern! Beleuchtung könnte im Wohnzimmer besser sein, gerade wenn dort Personen schlafen. Oder man sich abends gemütlich aufhalten will.

• Thomas (10/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft mit (Garagen-)Parkplatz und sehr gutem WLAN in Top-Lage von Baden-Baden - Die Lage ist ideal, man ist z.B. in 7 Minuten zu Fuß am Augustaplatz, in 10 Minuten am Frieder Burda Museum und in 11 Minuten am Leopoldsplatz. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat einen großen Balkon. Im Hof hat man sogar eine Garage (eher für kleinere Fahrzeuge). Aber man kann auch direkt vor der Garage parken. Das WLAN funktionierte sehr gut. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

• Evgeny (10/5): Schönes, komfortables Apartment – absolut zufrieden - Sehr gute Lage: Das Apartment liegt super nah an der Lichtentaler Allee und dem Stadtzentrum. Es ist ansprechend und komfortabel, hell, blitzblank, angenehm und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der große Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick auf elegante Villen. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es hätte nicht besser sein können - würde gerne wiederkommen.

Господин Алексей дал полную информацию про заезд и про дстопримечательности в Баден Бадене. Отдельный плюс÷ парковка.. Рекомендуем для бронирования.
• Thomas (10/5): Super tolles Apartment in einer ruhigen Straße mitten in Baden Baden! - Der Eigentümer hat sich sehr große Mühe gegeben, dass wir uns problemlos bei der Ankunft zurechtfinden konnten. Das Apartment hat eine Top Lage in Baden Baden (Freibad mit Bademantel zu erreichen), es befindet sich in einem super gepflegten Haus und die Ausstattung ist ,,super“ komplett! Garage vorm Haus. Wir können das Apartment wirklich ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes glücklicherweise nur Sonnenschein und der große Balkon bekommt sehr viel Sonne ab….da fehlte uns der Sonnenschirm! Ist aber mit den Eigentümer geklärt….sollte in Zukunft vorhanden sein!

• Viktoria (10/5): Hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen - Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Baden-Baden. Sowohl die Lage des Apartments als auch die Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Gastgeber stets bemüht dem Gast jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Räume waren sehr komfortabel, das Bett sehr gemütlich. Dies war bereits mein 3. Ausflug nach Baden-Baden und bisher mit Abstand die beste Wohnung. Ich kann jedem ans ❤️ legen hier zu nächtigen.

Complicated checkin with only possibility to pay cash which was demanded in advance as an ultimatum or else the owner would cancel the booking. Upon arrival they didn't have change and we ended up paying a bit more. My BF killed a cockroach in the kitchen

• Satyabrata (4/5): rather disappointing stay in a well located apartment AND unacceptable attitude & behavior of host - Location, it was within walking distance from markets and places of interest toilet, house was old and needs maintenance . the owner was very non-cooperative and never responded in time. The above was my initial review posted. On seeing this, the host had sent me objectionable & unacceptable sms on my mobile. His messages were so insulting & derogatory that they cannot be posted on this forum.
