The cleanliness is at an exceptional level — you feel like the very first guest, even though many others have surely stayed before you. Every appliance works flawlessly, and the place is thoughtfully equipped down to the last detail: from pans and cooking utensils to soft bathrobes — everything is there, no need to bring anything from home. The location is a dream — just three steps to the beach, yet the apartment is completely quiet and peaceful. The cosy atmosphere wraps around you the moment you walk in. You can tell the hosts put genuine care and attention into their guests — not just in words, but in the space itself. Every single item has been chosen with your comfort in mind. Чистотата е на изключително ниво — усещаш се като първи гост, въпреки че сигурно са минали много преди теб. Всяка техника работи безупречно, а оборудването е обмислено до детайл: от тигани и прибори за готвене до меки халати — всичко е налице, без да се налага да носиш нищо от вкъщи. Локацията е мечта — до плажа буквално три крачки, а въпреки това в апартамента цари пълна тишина и спокойствие. Усещането за уют те обгръща от момента, в който влезеш. Вижда се, че стопаните влагат истинска грижа и внимание към гостите си — не само в думи, а в самата обстановка. Всеки предмет е избран с мисъл за комфорта ти. • Monica (10/5): Excelent - Mi-a plăcut totul. Un apartament modern, curat, utilat cu tot ce trebuie. Locația este aproape de mare, de centru, de magazine. Parcarea este în aproapiere. Proprietarul - foarte amabil.

• Greeshma (10/5): Best stay ever - I had a wonderful stay at this place in Burgas and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The apartment was spacious, modern, and perfect for a couple or even a small family with a child. Everything was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, and even a vacuum cleaner, to entertainment facilities like a TV and sound system. The balcony was a lovely addition and made the stay even more relaxing. The check-in and check-out process was extremely smooth and convenient, and the staff were very helpful and easily available. The location was also excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the Sea Garden and the beach. Overall, it was a very comfortable, pleasant, and memorable stay, and I would definitely choose this place again whenever I visit Burgas in the future. Nothing to say

From bath ropes to umbrellas and even shoe polish, we were very positively surprised by all the big and small amenities. Lovely and unique design. We felt incredibly comfortable. Fantastic hosts. The area is very central but quiet. You have morning sun on the balcony which is also a big plus. Great place.

• Schuettpelz (5/5): Бива - Масата и телевизорът са прекалено големи като размер за помещението, което затруднява преминаването към кухнята. Душ кабината е със завеса :-( Завивките са полестърни и запарват. Батерията на мивката е за смяна.

Trafiliśmy na deszczową pogodę, więc duzo czasu spędziliśmy w pokoju. Jego klasa wynagradzała gorszą pogodę. Parasole rowniez byly na wyposażeniu 😊 To był piąty apartament w naszej podróży, wcześniej spalismy w hotelu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, ten apartament zasługuje na co najmniej ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Absolutnie doskonałe miejsce 👌

• Blažena (10/5): Skvele ubytovanie v Burgase - Vynikajúca poloha, hned pri Morskej zahrade,blizko mora, blizko autobusovej a vlakovej stanice, orientacia bytu je do dvora- ticho. Velmi vkusne a ucelne zariadeny apartman s dorazom na detail,kde najdete skutocne vsetko,dokonca aj zupan a papuce. V kuchynke su k dispozicii vsetky potrebne zariadenia, na balkoniku je susiak a posedenie na ranajsiu kavu. Vrele doporucujem!!! Ze sme tam boli len 4 noci😁

• Jose Enrique (9/5): - La limpieza del apartamento, todo muy nuevo y muy cuidado, entras en el apartamento y notas el cariño que le ponen sus dueños. La ubicación, nos pareció perfecta, a un paso del centro y de una playa estupenda. Parking por 10 levas diarias, muy buen precio. La cocina estaba totalmente equipada, muy bien. Y el baño, con muchos detalles, champú y gel buenos, secador, ducha.nueva. Insonorizado, buenos cerramientos. La tele con internet, el wifi va muy bien Armarios suficientes. Las personas que lo llevan, muy atentos y disponibles. Por decir algo, era un poco pequeño para todo lo que contenía, cocina, mesa para desayunar y comer, una tele grande, la cama y un sofá pequeño, y todo en el mismo espacio. La ducha está muy nueva, pero siguen teniendo una cortinilla.

The flat is amazing - everything is clean and new, it has all the kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Everything one could need. • Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent communication from hosts, they were there waiting when I arrived to give me the keys and some information. The space is clean and well decorated. The kitchen facilities were lovely to have and I'm sure would be a great help for a longer stay! The location in Burgas is perfect and I was easily able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go and it's quite close to the train station and the South bus station. Overall a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again if ever in the city. If I'm being nitpicky the shower set up was not ideal with the one open wall but it was still functional and clean.

• Marco (10/5): Good location to sty central in Burgas - the flat is renovated with all comfort possible. Central, easiy reachable, lift to the flat, high standard finishings. The wi-fi was not at the level of the rest. I got stuck several times during working.

Very pleased with the airport transport service. A little too hard beds for me. Pretty bedclothes, but personally I would prefer downing duvet and pillow. I had some problems with the door opener, but the hostess was very helpful.

• Lee (9/5): perfect for a short comfortable stay in Burgas - the apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and had a great set up. The shower is awesome, great wifi. Beautiful space and very secure. minutes away from the beach, bus and train station and shops. I got very lost on the way to the apartment and the host come and got me which was way above and beyond. if I’m ever in Burgas again I will be back. nothing to not like

It is beautifully designed and is brand new so everything is modern and up-to-date. The kitchen is great so you can prepare your own food. It is in a perfect location, only 5 mins walk to the central bus station, 5 mins to the beach and 10 mins to to the main restaurant/shopping street. Great value for money and a gorgeous space to start and finish your day!! Nothing, it was perfect!
