But it turned out that another guest had settled in another room. Unfortunately, the common room - toilet/bathroom, which was used by the other user, remained uncleaned and unwashed.

• Aneta (4/5): Споделен апартамент - Локацията е много добра и момичето на рецепцията беше много любезно. Никъде не беше упоменато, че това е споделен апартамент (три спални с една обща баня и тоалетна). Разбрахме го едва, когато отидохме да вземем ключовете. Апартамента не е удобен за съжителстване на отделни компании. Когато влязохме в апартамента миризмата беше пократителна. Хората, които вече се бяха настанили там бяха решили да готвят и не знам дали няма аспиратор или просто не го бяха пуснали, но определено никак не беше приятно! Стаята, която беше приготвена за нас не беше добре почистена. По чаршафите имаше петна, а по пода разпръснат пясък.

• Надежда (5/5): - Местоположението е чудесно. Като заваля навън, започна силно да капе от тавана точно върху тоалетната чиния. Уведомихме персонала, дано да са взели мерки. Вижда се следа от голямо петно на теч на тавана и мисля, че това продължава във времето без да се оправи. Срещу единия прозорец има голям строеж.

Разположението е уникално и за цената си заслужа! Стаите са малки и може да попаднете на лошо съквартиранти, за което хотелът не носи отговорност, но е риск.
• Petrova (5/5): Good location ,you get the minimum for your money. - The location is top,5-10 mins to the beach. It was not clean enough,there were glass pieces on the floor. They gave us only 1 pair of keys,after I called they explained that they can give us one more for 50 LV deposit. We got only 1 towel per person .

• Daryna (2/5): 😐 - the bed was very comfortable, so not 1 but 2 the woman at the reception switched to Russian after she saw my Ukrainian passport, although I speak Bulgarian very well, they didn't warn me that there would be a construction site opposite my room and a bunch of men would try to look into our room, the pipe in the faucet was leaking so much that it almost courses a flood, Wi-Fi didn't work

• Scott (5/5): Great location, little else. - The location was very central, opposite the sea gardens and 2 minutes from the main pedestrian areas. Thus looks like a run down residential block. There is no staff, the check in, is inconvenient, I had to walk 25 minutes each way from the block to the hotel to collect keys and check in.

Very comfortable bed; Cleaning utensils are available for use - i was able to clean the floor every day; The washing machine and drier made our stay easier. 3rd floor, stairs only access; The room had a smell like smoking used to be permitted there; I saw a cockroach. There is no place one can leave wet swimsuits and towels to dry.
• Naum (6/5): A trip with friends turned out great - The location was top notch. The room is very close to the boardwalk and it has several 24/7 shops, that have decent prices. The room was clean and it had an air conditioner. For the price you are paying you have an excellent location for your vacation. The room was very clean and the staff working were very nice. The listing says that parking is an option, but what it doesn't tell you is that the parking available is in the green zone in Burgas, which is more expensive, so you are forced to look for parking elsewhere. There is a paid parking about a kilometer away from the rooms that has very good prices(7 lv for a day) where you can leave your car. The parking lot is called Parking "Gurko". I didn't like that i had to go to another location just to pick up the key.

• Denys (8/5): Not bad, good location, difficult to find for the first time - The location is perfect It is difficult to find the hostel location for the first time. They give you four keys, and tell you the address. And then you have to go and figure it out by yourself. It took me 20 minutes to understand where it is and which key opens which door.

• Dominik (2/5): Nightmare and Goosebumps - The first look at the outside front door was frightening. I had immediately thinking about to go to a hotel. We're opened the door at the apartment and we didn't believed what we saw. Basically it was a whole mess inside. The smell was terrible, it was something sticky on the floor, the bathroom was dirty... Our room was without a net for the instincts, so in the mornings a had a lot of stings on me, so I couldn't sleep also. Overall it was a nightmare and I don't wish to anyone this experience.

• Nikolay (1/5): Really Bad experience - The location is OK. Sharing the apartment with 6 other people was a nightmare. Nowhere in the apartment post said that you are gonna have a shared living space and kitchen, only that the bathroom is shared. - You are notified only for the shared bathroom. You can literally hear everything the other people are doing. Our room was the smallest with big drilled holes and a huge hole under our door. That you could fit your hand under it. The room had a balcony full of pigeon feces and feathers, which is a health concern. Making it totally unusable due to the bird poop all over it. Our room had almost no storage units except for a really small wardrobe. The main apartment door is almost never closed. The electricity sockets were not safe at all as they were broken, and you can clearly see the cables coming out of the wall to the socket. They were nearly detached. Our room lights were broken, and it almost did not make any difference, turning them on as they were really dimmed. The room was dirty and had a sticky toy stuck to the sealing. When we started cleaning the room, we found 5 pounds, which indicates it was really never cleaned properly. The bedsheets and towels were really dirty. The whole apartment had a heavy chemical smell, making the kitchen hard to use. One of the rooms did not have air conditioning, and the people did not consider closing their room's door, which was next to the bathroom. Overall, the experience is softly said unpleasant and dissatisying...

• Marina (8/5): Comfortable for the short stay - The apartments are very conveniently located: five minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the most delicious grill and 10 minutes to the international bus station. Ideal for parents with a child or children. Bath with bidet and beautiful, spacious shower. The room has everything you need. I Stayed for a day to pass the time until the evening from 12.00 to 22.00, but the room was only ready at 15.00. The keys had to be picked up at another hotel in half an hour walking with suitcases on the cobblestones. The freon in the air conditioner was over, and with the window open, birds interfered with sleep - seagulls and crows, as if in a bird market. I didn't find any plates in the kitchen cupboard.

• Soumya (8/5): Nice apartment in a good location, but the staff was the worst I have ever encountered. - Nice clean rooms, amazing location The staff, a lady, had no manners, not willing to provide minimum information. Just taking the money and handing over the keys was her service. Rude behaviour. If booking wouldn't censor the reviews, I would have written some nice words, which perfectly describes her and her character. Keep in mind that to get the keys you have to go to hotel opera, which is about 30 mins walk from this place. So if you do not have a car, keep that in mind. Parking is available, only if you find a spot in the blue zone in the street. Unlike as advertised, there is no parking place on the property.
• Austija (9/5): Superb - Wonderful location - city centre on one side, park and sea on the other. Next to the apartment there is a shop open 24 hours a day. The apartment has 3 rooms and shares 2 kitchens and 1 bathroom. The rooms are clean and the double room has a balcony. The beds are comfortable and there are bed linen and towels. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the next hotel to pick up the key. However, you can leave it in your room after your stay. Half of the shower wall does not have a curtain, so the bathroom floor can be wet.
• Rasa (4/5): Disappointing - The place is close to the sea. A washing machine was there as promised. We did not have enough towels and sheets when we arrived. The sink in the bathroom was leeking. The air conditioner was not working properly in one of the two rooms we rented. No parking spaces. Only some of the staff speaks English and communicatikn by phone was hardly possible. The cleaning person threw our things away and nobody got back to us about this matter even if they promised to. More hangers for towels are needed as there's no place to dry them.

It was not that clean in the bathroom.Slippery and dirty tiles.You need to install automatic light in the living room.The contact in 302 is broken.It was ejected from the wall.Dangerous.It was not at all convenient walking to the reception across the city centre just to take one key.
