Малко трудно се открива, когато отиваш за първи път, но пък има паркинг и охрана през нощта, така че престоят ми беше спокоен. По отношение на чистотата има още какво да се желае, но главният проблем за мен бяха неудобните матраци. Пружините им се усещаха след много години служба.. Липсваха и нощни лампи, което си е неудобство вечер.

Daniella (4/5): Basic but spacious apartment located in the outskirts of the city in the industrial zone of Burgas - Friendly staff. Close to Burgas centre which is easily accessible. Next to the EKO petrol station. The reception has 24hr security and cameras and has two new vending machines for coffee, cold drinks and snacks included beer. Coin only. There is a lift up to the apartment floor. The apartment was fairly spacious and it was pretty quiet too. It has a small kitchen with sink, new fridge, microwave and it also has a single hot ring and kettle. It also has a decent size four seater dining table. There is plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space too. The apartment has a very small balcony looking out to the lake. Unfortunately, we were all disappointed with our stay. A very basic apartment completely lacking utensils and kitchen necessities such as mugs, bowls and cooking equipment. WiFi wasn't that good. It could have been much cleaner and there was broken glass on the microwave shelf and underneath it on the floor as well. The TV was small and old fashioned in the living room where the single beds and sofa bed is located, but no TV in the bedroom. The bedroom door handle was broken and couldn't lock or even close for privacy. The bathroom was dirty and the shower hose was broken, which is silly because it's located above a bathroom shop?The air con did not work properly in the bedroom, definitely needed servicing and has no remote so it is difficult to turn on. The living room air con was ok but the second unit above the entrance did not work. Blinds in the bedroom were broken and made it difficult to sleep in the early hours of the morning. Both rooms needed curtains for privacy and to block out the light. Found bits of the broken blind in draw. The balcony was dirty and far too small and is shared, no room for seating. Car park on scrub land full of cars that needed to go to the scrap yard. Apartments priced too high due to it's condition and location and the pet charge for such a basic apartment was ridiculously priced as well. For the same price you can stay in a nicely decorated apartment directly located in the centre with pets included and a balcony that you can sit on.
Hynek (8/5): Very good - Big apartment with two seperate rooms. Functioning AC in both rooms. Clean sheets and towels. Kitchen with fridge and microwave in the room, balcony with view on the Bourgas Lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Really comfortable check-out time (noon, 12:00). Close to the bus station to the city centre of Bourgas. Close to the petrol station with 24/7 working hours. It is cheap place to sleep. The area around the hotel is not good. It is industrial zone with lots of rubbish all around. There are also ruins of some buildings. It is not a friendly area, just sleep and leave to cute parts of Bourgas.

The view was also very nice and the stuff - nice. The air condition leaked and to wi-fy stopped working and even though the stuff tried to solve the problem - it didn't come back.

This is the cheapest room that I have found (we were with pets) We had need someplace to stay, while we were looking for apartments or something like this. So, we are satisfied. But for the longest period, I would prefer more cleanest place. It is old enough facilities, needs to be replaced and fixed. The door to the terrace isn't closed properly. And you can't open it a little. My wife found the hair of someone. It was sudden and sad. Poor kitchen. This place is not for the family at all. But .. the all people were very pleasant, helpful and nice.

Cikokiko96 (5/5): Either good value or bad value depending on how you feel about the things in my review. - Well, it is not all black and white and every story always has at least two sides. What I liked about this stay was that the size of the room was pretty decent, and the price was AMAZING. 90 BGN + 40 for 2 nights for 3 adults and 2 doggos is the best deal I've seen in my life for any booking especially on the seaside during the peak season and the beds were pretty comfortable. If anyone is just looking to travel cheap (including dogs), and they don't mind having realistic expectations, the whole package is good value for the money. I would also add that I just don't get why people don't want to invest in their properties. It's not like updating your rental will reduce your value, on the contrary, you are able to charge more for things that will pay themselves off very quickly. Also, the check-in process was extremely suspicious since the lady didn't even ask for our IDs and I assume she didn't pay the stay taxes for us and registered us which is not really okay and when I confronted her about it she just said, ah the document I printed from booking.com is enough. Boy, o boy. There was more than 1 thing that I have to comment on there and before I start, please mind that all of these things on their own are not that bad but add them all up and it becomes very hard to enjoy the experience. 1. Cleanliness. There was a table that had many crevices to clean and it had 3 millimeters of dust on it which showed a lack of care in my opinion, and the table top wasn't even wiped, there were crumbs from whoever stayed there before us (we left property cleaner than we found it. 2. Furnishing. The part of the furniture looked like it was in someone's apartment in last 90s and once they were done with it they just threw it in their rental. The rest was rental-style furniture that was probably top of the line 40 years ago when the place was built. Mind it outdated furniture doesn't mean it is bad but it shows lack of investment by the host (but this is balanced by the very low cost). One of the curtain holders was popped out of place and no one bothered fixing it up again and it could have fallen on someone's head. Again we fixed it since it's just a normal thing to do. 3. Stove and the Owen. Given it was a studio it had an extremely old mini furnace combo which no one in their right mind would turn on due to Hazzard such old appliances pose and also there wasn't a single pot or pan in the room. Guess when traveling ur supposed to carry your own kitchenware??? The fridge with the freezer was extremely old but it worked just fine. 4. Tv - didn't care didn't try. Was just an ancient cathode tube tv. 5. AC. AC was another safety Hazzard. It was connected to the socket with a combination of 2 extension cords which were placed directly under the AC which was DRIPPING BUCKETS of water (luckily we found an empty bucket on the balcony and managed to place it under.
