После трёх отелей в предыдущих городах нашей поездки с кучей косяков (особенно в ванных комнатах), что пришлось писать на два отеля просто жалобы в Booking.com, этот вариант жилья идеальный. Мы полюбили наш номер (#402) от всей души. Нечего сказать.

• Pauline (10/5): Absolutely marvellous! Thank you! - The best apartment we have ever been to! Everything is fantastic. The location is top, in the city center. The beds are super comfortable. A/C in every single room. Balcony with port sea view. Tip: more kitchen utensils. And maybe for the people that arrive. There is a dishwasher, so take your dishwasher tablets with you.

The comforter provided was stained and very dirty smelling. The beds were old & uncomfortable. The pictures of the newly refurbished rooms were not at all what we experienced, with the exception of the new shower, which was great. We never saw a staff member once after initially checking in to assist with getting clean bedding.

• Ivan (8/5): Excellent location - The property is in an excellent location, just a short distance from the Seaside Garden, Burgas city center, and the central beach. The apartment features a modern, minimalist interior, and the staff were very polite. We had an issue with missing sheets for the sofa, but despite the late hour, they assisted us immediately. It would be great to have mosquito nets on at least one window in each room. We stayed in September, when the weather wasn’t too hot, and we wanted to let in some fresh air at night

• Nadejda (7/5): - Good location. Comfortable layout for families. The floors hadn't been cleaned in a while and were really dusty, but otherwise the place was clean.
• Mariuks (9/5): Excellent stay, only WiFi needs improvement - Great location – only 5 minutes to the city center, 2 minutes to the station, and around 10 minutes to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The only downside was the WiFi connection, as in some rooms it simply didn’t work.

• Patrik (7/5): Nicely designed, but neglected apartment. - The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, well located, we received fresh towels every day. For parking on the 2nd day I was given a card to park for free in a yard 100 m from the apartment. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, the dishes were dirty when we arrived. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen and there was quite a lot of dirt in the kitchen and the bathroom. In the bathroom the plug was almost falling out of the wall, causing the conductive parts to be easily touched. The water heater boiler is not mounted on the wall, just sat on top of some screws, awesome... In summer the sauna is not usable. There were three air conditioning units with 3 remote controls, only one of which worked.

• Borislav (8/5): Very good - Great location and no busy work with staff - you get a card from a lockbox. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. Exactly what I was looking for - quick in and out. Parking can be a hassle, right behind the building there is a blue zone parking, but you have to get lucky.
• Jackie (10/5): Beautiful, spacious apartment in excellent location with helpful staff - Seaman's house is a beautiful old property that has been renovated inside to a high standard. The apartment was spacious, clean and convenient for our family stay. It was lovely to have so much room for us all. The location is really good - very close to the main pedestrian shopping centre, restaurants, and train station, and also a short work to the sea garden and beach and restaurants overlooking the dock. Check in was easy and the staff friendly and very helpful in letting us check in early and also helping with our various requests. Thank you! A kettle would be good. But overall very happy!

• Glenn (8/5): Really enjoyed our time at the accommodation and in Burgas. - Location was great. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Communications were very good and helpful. Not vital to have but an electric kettle to boil water would have been nice, rather than boiling water in a pan on the hob and also an electric toaster because we did not like to use the microwave as a grill (see below). Also previous guest must have had food explode in the microwave/oven as there was food deep inside the vents that started burning and smoking when we tried to use the oven. Apart from the above minor things all was fine, thank you.

• Oskar (10/5): Exceptional - The deluxe apartment was superb - spacious, clean, nice design... Let's not forget the fridge with ice maker, what a nice surprise! The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, and just a few minutes away from the buses.
• Aleksandra (9/5): The hotel is modern, it has good location and the service people are ver nice. - The rooms are very modern and clean, the reception people are very nice. The check-in/out is uncomplicated, and early check-in is possible if the room is free. You can also leave the baggage if needed. The location is very good (the main train and bus station is just a few steps away, the beach and the main street are in 10-15 minutes walking distance). A fridge and water kettle are provided, also a desk is there. The air conditioning is working without any problems. My room was located at the street side and you can hear cars. Since I spent the whole days outside it was not a majpr problem for me.

• Sofia (8/5): Modern and clean apartment - The apartment was clean and spacious. The appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and TV) were quite new and worked well. Checking in was easy, and Seaman's house responded quickly to messages. There were no major issues, but a few things could be improved. The penthouse windows had remote-controlled blackout blinds that we couldn’t open or close ourselves. The balcony door barely stayed closed because the door mechanism had loosened.

• Gail (8/5): We enjoyed Burgas’ beach, parks and birds and wish we could have stayed longer at Seaman’s House and - Seaman House offers simple but very clean and smartly designed rooms about 2 blocks from Burgas’ transportation hub. While very convenient to bus and trains, Seaman’s House is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

The host is always in touch and ready to help. The location is very convenient too if you need a place in the city center. • Denitsa (9/5): Very minor issues. Heavily recommend. - The location was perfect. 5 minute walk from the pedestrian street, 10 minute walk from the city garden. There is a bus stop right outside, so it is easy to transit to any other part of the city. The apartment was really big, equipped with everything you may need. High ceilings, spacious rooms, good wi-fi. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. It was a little bit off-season, so there weren't many guests and it was very quiet. Keycard access, which we loved. It was overall very clean, with the exception of the floors, which were a little bit dusty. Don't forget to bring your own house-slippers, since they were not provided. You will also need them when you take a shower because there is leaking through the shower door. It's not a big issue, but it got the bathroom wet. Some outside noise due to the big street down below but nothing major. All in all, there are very few minor things that in no way detract from the value of the place.

• Aleksandar (2/5): Yet another tax avoiding business on the Bulgarian Black Sea - The location is good, good AC in all rooms. Small, but nice balcony. Comfy beds, nice furniture. Only one bathroom. (We knew beforehand it is still not nice) Your lies and deception are despicable, therefore I am lowering my rating even more. I never tried to avoid paying. Since this was only one of many reservations we had for August I thought it was one of the already paid ones. After a quick check I realized my mistake and there was no debate or arguing from my part. However, your shenanigans with the receipt didn't go unnoticed, "СЛУЖЕБЕН БОН" is a worthless piece of paper used by tax avoiding businesses like yours. I strongly recommend all tourists from abroad to check if the receipt says "ФИСКАЛЕН БОН" which is the real paper by Bulgarian law.
• Atanas (9/5): Superb - Great location, easy key pick up, close to the port and St.Anastasiya island. I recommend a day or a week stay. The view is nice, you can see the entire Burgas bay. We asked for cleaning on the second day of our stay. They cleaned but I've seen a better cleaning.
