• Kessler (7/5): - Die Größe der Wohnung war okay, man hatte ausreichend Platz. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter lief reibungslos und war freundlich Obwohl die Wohnung nach hinten raus lag war der Verkehr sehr störend. Zum TV schauen musste man sich bei Netflix, amazon Prime etc registrieren oder einloggen ( nicht jeder hat einen Account bei streaming Diensten). TV schauen über normale Programme wie Pro 7, Kabel oder Sat 1 war nicht möglich. Die Ausstattung zum kochen war leider auch nicht ausreichend. Spülmaschine wurde angeboten, aber keine Tabs vorhanden.

• Jörg (7/5): Nicht ganz preiswert aber für drei Personen geräumig - die Wohnung liegt zum Glück ruhig nach hinten zum Garten raus. Auf dem Balkon kann man den Tag dann ausklingen lassen. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist der Wohnung zugeordnet, man muss keinen Parkplatz suchen. Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet und es gibt WLAN.auch für den Fernseher nutzbar und ein schönes großes Sofa. Nicht so gut gefallen haben uns die Betten. Da sollte in Zukunft etwas investiert werden. Ziemlich laut und wackelig. Das Zustellbett ist eigentlich gar nicht nutzbar und eher Sperrmüll. Man muss die Betten am Ende abziehen. Das ist kein Problem, es sollten dann aber saubere Matratzen und Betten vorhanden sein!
• Viviane-Monique (1/5): - Uns hat an dieser Wohnung gar nichts gefallen. Beim Betreten roch es bereits sehr unangenehm und der Boden klebte. Zudem stank es im Badezimmer so sehr nach Schimmel, dass man sich dort kaum aufhalten konnte. Die Badezimmern schloß nicht, sodass der ganze unangenehme Geruch durch die ganze Wohnung zog. In der Küche angekommen mussten wir feststellen, dass es alles andere als sauber war. Die Griffe klebten und die Schranktüren waren beschmiert. Zudem befanden sich seit 2 Jahren abgelaufene Lebensmittel in den Schränken.Zur großen Krönung kam noch ,dass alle Bettdecken und Kopfkissen erhebliche gelbe Verschmutzungen hatten, dass wir uns nur noch geekelt haben. Auch die Matratze war alles andere als sauber. Auf Beschwerde bei den Vermietern wurde uns nicht abgeholfen, im Gegenteil, es wurde unterstellt, es wäre alles sauber und diese Verschmutzungen können nicht entfernt werden. Ich kann diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen und wurden bei der Buchung durch die Bewertungen sehr getäuscht.

• Remzi Tevfik (10/5): - Ev sahipliği mükemmeldi. Evin konumu şehirden biraz uzakta ama gayet sakindi. Kapalı garajının olması da ayrıca iyiydi. Ev sahiplerimiz her zaman iletişim halindelerdi ve ihtiyaçlarımıza çözüm buldular. Tavsiye ederim.

• Radoslaw (10/5): Perfect place for the family in very well communicated location! - This apartament is located in the quiet and peaceful district with great regular public transport connection to the city. The host very friendly and replying quickly when needed. It was really helpful that we could use your garage. Thank you very much! The door to the bathroom not fully closing or the shower curtain not protecting the outside area, but overall these were minor things and we enjoyed our visit to you place.

• Inokentii (7/5): Everything would be great if we didnt have to pay a lot of money for something we didnt even do. - Everything was good, all the information about the apartament is true and the flat is located in a good area. Transport was very easy to use. The smell in the flat wasnt too pleasant. There was a torublesome situation, the lock in the entrance door broke (it wasnt our fault, it was due to a defect) in the middle of our stay, so we couldnt leave the apartament and the hosts didnt help us in the situation other then telling us to call the locksmith. We had to pay 300 euro to open the door and the hosts didnt reply to us asking to reimburse the money we spent.
• Hanna (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked to stay in this place. Hassan family were very responsive. Apartments were good equipped. Was enough space to live. A lot of kitchen staff. Highly recommend this place :) The tiny remark that the door in the bathroom cannot be locked + we was not able to find the pan that would be used in a oven.
• Harish (8/5): A Great Place for Bathroom Singers! - Nice & cozy apartment, though it was quite hot this summer but a nice big sofa in the living area was comforting. A good and well-equipped Kitchen and even the host was kind enough to keep some food ingredients for emergency cases, felt to save it for the successor so we haven't touched any 😁 . A quite complex Garage/Parking, but won't dare complain as it's one of the very few listings that offers a free on-site parking. The city tax is most common in German stays so nothing specific only to this place but good to remember! Bathroom! No locks & Clogged! Reached the host over booking.com messages a couple of times on this, but felt the host intentionally avoided the topic! And hope they were aware of it, as this would drastically impact the stay experience for selected few guests! And for us it was a total joy-kill and This ate away all goodness from the place 😓 Other-note, The floor felt oily/slippery like a soapy layer on top of the floor, on a bare foot, but had indoor sandals so was not a big thingy!

• Nguyen (9/5): Great apartment with private parking - Secure private parking. Very friendly and polite hosts. Comfortable and clean apartment with balcony. This is not a dislike, but if you have mobility difficulties, be aware that there is no elevator.

• Roy (7/5): Good stay. - Spacey apartment in relatively quiet neighbourhood. Very complete kitchen, good balcony at the back of the appartement. Huge TV with a lot of services. The garage is very nice (for a small to middle-sized car), as the neighbourhood has ample parking. Parks nearby, several supermarkets / facilities (park, skatepark, etc) at a few minutes drive (15 minute walk). It has one very good bedroom with curtains that sleeps two. Our third person had to sleep in the living room, which you can't make dark as curtains are either not present or semi-present. It basically means you are awake at first light unless you bring your own eye-protector.
• Mary (8/5): Very comfortable apartment - Spacious and comfortable apartment with all the facilities needed for a short stay. Excellent transport links to the city centre: 732 bus just 2 minutes walk away.
• Pk-flori (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and Cozy. Everybody very polite and helpful. the place is nice, close to the center especially with car but also quite. A bit coffee or tea would be nice.
