• Marcin Tabaczyński (5/5): Na jedną noc, jeśli nie masz wyboru. - Apartament był przestronny. Bród w łazience, pleśń na suficie pod prysznicem, pajęczyny. Brak lustra nad umywalką. Trzeba się obracać w trakcie golenia. Materac na łóżku nie wygodny. Słabo oznaczona lokalizacja apartamentu.

• Gerald (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage ( Messe ), unkomplizierter Check - in, nette Gastgeberin, Parkplatz vor dem Haus. WLAN gut. Der Rolladen vor dem Fenster ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen, ein neuer Duschkopf wäre super.

• Zsombor (4/5): It seems the property manager forgot to send us the code and although they were responsive prior to the journey, we did - Walking distance from airport and Messe, comfortable beds Did not get a code for the key safe, it took 40 minutes to get it. The floor was dirty, dusty we had to clean it up. The window was open when we arrived so the place was cold.

• Karsten (1/5): Nie wieder. - Das Apartment entsprach keinster Weise den Bildern bei Booking. Die Unterkunft war runter gekommen, stark verschmutzt, schimmelig. Wir erwarten, das wir unser Geld zurück erstattet bekommen.
• Nuria (3/5): El lugar más asquerosamente sucio en el he estado jamás. - El apartamento es perfecto, ubicado a 20 minutos andando del Messe Dusseldorf. Asqueroso. Sucio a nivel de dar ganas de vomitar. Había telarañas en los techos, bolas de polvo y pelos por el suelo, una bola de pelos en el sumidero de la ducha y las baldosas del baño tenían la típica línea negra de suciedad incrustada. Los utensilios de cocina estaban llenos de grasa, pegajosos, y al cogerlos se te quedaba la suciedad pegada en la mano. En mis más de 32 años viajando constantemente por trabajo, es la cosa más asquerosa que he visto nunca en Europa. Me puse en contacto con la persona responsable y su contestación fue que me podía ir y que me devolvía el dinero, y que según él había estado limpiando, pero que simplemente nuestros niveles de limpieza eran diferentes. Jamás un anfitrión de Booking me había tratado así. Llegué después de estar todo el día en el Messe, destrozada y con ganas de dormir, y me encontré con que no podía conciliar el sueño. Soy asmática y alérgica a los ácaros y tuve un ataque de asma dentro del apartamento. Cuando me recuperé, me levanté y me puse a limpiar yo misma, porque era imposible estar ahí. Es un lugar vergonzoso y nadie se merece tener que pasar por esto. Tengo vídeos y fotos de todo; quien quiera que se ponga en contacto conmigo y se los mando.

• Paul (8/5): Tolles Appartement, leider vernachlässigt - Optimale Lage, gute Größe, Parkplatz vorhanden, freundliche Gastgeberin. Inzwischen sind auch wieder Bügel im Kleiderschrank. Es ist alles da, um sich Frühstück zu machen (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee, Filterpapier). Die Heizung im Wohn-/Schlafraum und im Bad geht gut. Der Kühlschrank war total verdreckt und hat mies gerochen. Die Heizung in der Küche geht nicht mehr, da das Thermostat zerbrochen ist. Im Küchenschrank geht der Geschirrschwund weiter. Die diversen Töpfe und Pfannen sind nicht zu gebrauchen, da der Herd nicht funktioniert. Der TV-Bildschirm hängt nur zur Dekoration da. Das Fenster im Bad schließt nicht richtig, der WC-Spülkasten läuft nach.

• Rare God (5/5): - Удобное расположение, есть парковка возле дома. Хозяева очень приветливые и не шумные. У места хороший потенциал, но нужно ухаживать. Заселение 11 сентября. По прибытии в апартаментах отсутствовали: горячая вода, отопление, Wi-Fi. Горячая вода и Wi-Fi были восстановлены только на следующий день, спустя ~18 часов после заселения. Отопление включить было невозможно на протяжении всего срока проживания

• Michael (8/5): Gelungener Kurzurlaub in Düsseldorf - Unschlagbarer Preis für 1 bis 2 Nächte, sehr gute Lage (trotz Flughafennähe relativ ruhig), Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, fehlende Sauberkeit (vor allem im Bad), Geschirrtücher zum Abtrocknen fehlen
