• Georgina (9/5): Hermosa estadía en El Calafate! - La atención de Santiago excelente! Disfrutamos mucho del departamento, tiene todos los servicios necesarios para pasar una hermosa estadía! Muy buena calefacción, ducha y cama. Súper recomendable! Nada. Si bien el alojamiento no está en el centro es fácil acceder y en taxi se llega muy rápido!

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly owner, helped with all questions, advised the best souvenir shop, the apartment is really spacy for 1 person (2 floors, kitchen, 3 beds), wonderful view from the window on mountains and lake, near - very tasty restaurant).

• Julia (7/5): Good value for money. - The place was warm and clean. It had everything it said it had and was very cosy. The host was helpful and responsive! It was very easy to get to the apartment. The neighborhood was very quiet (at night I was a bit afraid to walk alone and there were a lot of stray dogs), up on a hill and you needed 30 minutes by walk every time to get to the center. The thing to remember as it is not a hotel every excursion company did not want us to pick up us from our accommodation. We had to walk to the nearest hotel which was luckily only 2 blocks away.

• Tito (9/5): Superb - The Host was incredibly generous and came to pick us up when we were very tired after super long day travelling. The Host was above genuine kindness and it made our very short stay ( less than 24 hours) at Calafate a lovely experience. Thank you so much!
• Katie (10/5): Comfortable with a Fantastic Host - We loved our little stay in this very comfortable and warm apartment. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was extremely comfortable, great shower, plenty of space and excellent WiFi. The location is far from the bus terminal so arrange transport or have pesos for a taxi. The apartment is close to a larger supermarket (10min walk) as well as some local shops. The centre is around 20mins but with many different ways to walk, it's a very enjoyable way to see another side of Calafate. You can take a taxi from the centre back from the taxi stalls for 2,000. Santiago was absolutely incredible with helping myself (solo traveller with a toddler) and for his hospitality and help alone I cannot recommend staying here enough. Not only did he offer to pick us up from the bus terminal but he was so helpful in exchanging money and answering my million and one questions. 10/10 for attention to detail and comfortable stay. Nothing. Genuinely had a great stay here.

• Alissa (5/5): Passable - We called the host and he met us with the key within minutes, he was really nice and helped us carry in our bags. The outside of the place is decorated and painted nicely. Water in the shower didn’t have enough pressure, so it just dribbled out- not really possible to shower. The toilet seemed to be leaking yellowish water onto the floor. The pillow cases were about 2-4 inches too short to cover the pillows. Very few amenities. I wouldn’t stay here again.

• Nell (8/5): Very good - 3 bed apartment with loads of room. Very comfortable. Santiago met us at the apartment and was very good even though our Spanish is very poor. Perfect for anyone adventuring Patagonia. 45 min walk to the bus terminal which wasn't ideal but otherwise perfect. We could even see the sunset from the bedroom.

• Patryk (10/5): Best owner ever - -the owner exceeded all expectations, helped us with many things and even drove us to the city center - the apartment was very clean and spacious (additional floor) - the internet was fast and there were many channels on TV -the location is a bit on the outskirts, access requires climbing a small hill
• Vaibhav (9/5): Superb - The rooms are very specious and a big two story apartment with 4 beds. Rooms were clean. Wifi was good. It is a little up on the hill. If you have a personal car then it is a good option. It is little far from center so can't walk till the location. You will need to take a taxi always.
• Helen (8/5): Very good - The property is very spacious with several beds, so if you have a few people then it's an amazing value. It's very clean. It is located in a residential neighborhood with many large aggressive dogs. While walking home from town, I was chased by two aggressive dogs. Then I was chased by another aggressive dog on a separate occasion. Both times, I ran as fast as I could, screaming "help help!!" Luckily the first time, a car came, distracting the dogs. The second time, the dog backed off after a little bit. I think it's best if you have a car and don't have to walk home. However, the owner was kind enough to offer me a ride to town one time!
• Bermuda (9/5): It was perfect for what we needed. - Very clean and very quiet. Spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Comfy bedroom. They had too many aromatic air fresheners
