• Vesela (9/5): Прекрасно и удобно местоположение - Прекрасна гледка! Много добре обзаведен апартамент с паркинг в сутерена на сградата. Централно местоположение, на крачки от пешеходния център. Настаняването и напускането са лесни, без никакво взаимодействие с домакина. Очаровани сме!

• Reshelyan (9/5): В целом хорошая квартира с красивым видом за адекватную цену! Рекомендую! - Расположение квартиры, в центре города, можно выйти погулять, все магазины в пешей доступности. Квартира красивая, со вкусом сделан ремонт, хозяин отзывчивый всегда на связи был! Нет кастрюли, элементарно сварить макароны негде. Интернет был с перебоями, то пропадал на пару часов, то появлялся.

Pohodlně dostupný výtahem, výtah jede dolu až do pozemní garáže. Parkování v pozemní garáži pod objektem. Wifi je plně dostačující pro běžné surfování na internetu i sledování videa. Možnost stravování v okolí (za dobrou cenu). Pokud pojedu příště určitě využiji toto ubytování. V hodné i na delší pobyt

• Mary (8/5): Nice apartment with a Cathedral view that is spectacular, especially at night - The apartment is spacious, has a balcony, and has a great view of the cathedral and the Black Sea behind it. Location is right on the edge of Old Town so it’s an easy walk to the sites and a bit further, but pleasant walk to the beach. There is a delicious pizza restaurant in the apartment building, this was particularly nice to have since it was pouring rain the night we arrived. Other than though, most restaurants are about 10 minutes walking from there.

• Radost (10/5): Great overall experience with this flat - Convenient parking, fantastic view and comfortable flat. The parking is very dusty and it triggers my asthma.
• Ieva_1 (7/5): Good Location, But Not Worth the Price - Overall, the apartment has some positive aspects, but it didn't quite meet the expectations given the price. While the location is convenient—close to the center and situated in a quiet, newly-built building—the apartment falls short in several areas, especially for a longer stay. I stayed here for three weeks, and while the host was unobtrusive and respectful of privacy, the apartment itself lacked the quality to justify the cost. The biggest issues were with the kitchen and appliances. The freezer was unusable as it was completely frozen shut, making it impossible to store anything for more than a few days. This was frustrating, especially for longer stays when you'd like to store groceries. The kitchen utensils were also of very poor quality—forks would bend when cutting through meat, resembling utensils made decades ago. The washing machine was another major problem, leaking water and often failing to spin clothes properly. When it did work, it was incredibly loud, to the point where I feared the drum might break loose. Additionally, the shower faucet leaked, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it difficult to work from the apartment. Another downside was the lack of fresh towels; only one change was provided in three weeks, and they were white, which shows wear easily. Given all these issues, the apartment is overpriced for what it offers, especially for an extended stay. If these areas were improved, it could be a much better experience.

It has a good neighbourhood as well. The owner was friendly, supportive and very welcome to us. I would highly recommend this cozy apartment.

• Constantin (7/5): Good - Close to Varna Center and underground parking place. Good beds. Easy to talk with the host. Hot water each time in the kitchen and bathroom. Quite nice terrace to sit in. I would recommend this place in the hotter seasons like spring, summer, autumn. I will surely not recommend this place in the winter as heating is done through air conditioning and not a central heat system. At first I thought it was clean but my children socks got dirty and because of this I've started cleaning the floor with wet cleaning wipes and they got dirty. No usable cleaning tools - they were but in a very bad state.

• Markku (8/5): Affordable price, well suited for a business trip too - Clean apartment in a good location The tv didn't work at first, cable end was off, there was no microwave in the apartment, the washroom was very cold, too few utensils, only one pot and one frying pan.
• Carmel (9/5): Great choice for a stay in Varna - Lovely apartment with a wonderful view of the city and cathedral. Self-check-in and checkout procedures were very easy with comprehensive instructions supplied by the host. Secure underground parking, pet friendly and great location. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Varna. Nothing. We had no issues during our stay. It's an excellent apartment.
• Korpsan (10/5): Funny history - I was thinking about their efficiency and desire to help, because it seemed to me that I forgot my iPad. The hostess immediately ran into the room, overturned the sofas, and tried to find the iPad. After that my friends found it. That's why the hostess is very kind. So, everything you forgot will be returned to you. Thanks to her for that
• Serhii (9/5): Superb - Terrace view and size of it amazing. Appliances are good. Very comfortable and good interior design. Sewage smell, required to keep windows open. Kitchen faucet not secured. Building common spaces not ventilated at all (such a construction)

• Desislava (9/5): Great location and view - The apartment was nearly perfect, in a new building, with an amazing view. Balcony: very spacious, with chairs and tables, a sunbed and an umbrella. Bedroom: minimalist style (I always appreciate the availability of an iron). Laundry room: washing machine with a drying rack. A few tips for the owner to make make the apartment perfect and keep a high rating: 1.change the internet provider. The speed was frequently frustratingly slow and is not appropriate for someone using more demanding programs in the work. 2.if the place is pet friendly, remove the carpet. It retains a lot of pet fur which is inconvenient for guests who don’t tolerate pets. Also, for this reason one can’t state the place is very clean. 3.fix the tap handle (not fixed), one of the kitchenette doors (about to fall apart), and pay attention to the main balcony door (probably some of the previous customers did not know how to use it).
