• Himadri (8/5): - We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Its so close to Grindelwald train station and central to restaurants, shops and couple of supermarkets. Apartment was very clean, with lots of utensils and enough blankets. It would be better to have few kitchen essentials like tea, coffee, salt & sugar and oil.

• Yves (7/5): - Zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage mitten im Dorf. Gerne wieder mal… Die ersten beiden Tage hat es leider extrem stark nach nassem Hund gerochen. Ausserdem sollte der WC-Ring ersetzt werden; Halterung ist locker, sodass er sich beim Draufsetzen ständig bewegt und verrutscht. Weiter sollte die einte Steckdose unterhalb des TVs überprüft werden; da steckt ein abgebrochenes Teil in einem der Löcher.

• sangil (10/5): 위치 짱!!! - 숙소가 그린델발트 고르너그라트역 바로 앞, coop 바로 옆이였어요. 렌트카로 여행중이라 주차도 무료로 할수있고요. 걸어서 피르스트 승강장까지 이동도 너무 편했습니다.
• Sérgio (7/5): Boa estrutura com ótima localização. Banho fraco - Bonito e bem localizado, próximo a estação de trem e todo comércio central. Vista dos montes nevados. Confortável, bom aquecimento. Cozinha bem equipada, tem microondas e lava louças. Chuveiro é a pior parte. Água sem pressão nenhuma que ainda fica pior se tem qualquer torneira ligada no prédio. Box minúsculo, uma pessoa de porte médio mal cabe. Chuveiro baixo e bate na cabeça. O banheiro em si é grande, não faz sentido o tamanho minúsculo de box que instalaram. Lava roupa é comum do prédio mas só funciona com moedas específicas de 1/2fr. Impossível arrumar moedas dessas como turista. Tudo funciona com cartão, não dinheiro. E você tenta trocar no comércio e ninguém troca. Não conseguimos usar a lava roupa por causa disso. Sugestão: adicionem o valor na diária e deixem o uso livre, ou pelo menos algumas moedas disponíveis.

• ShyangMing (8/5): Apartment with excellent location but with bad maintained equipments - Excellent location just next to Grindelwald station, floor heating Well equipped but bad maintained facilities, such as washing machine and kitchen exhaust hood were broken when we just arrived. Apartment staff was not helpful for all the situations we met, but replying the similar sentences “I sincerely apologize for …… Your concern is very important to us …….”. These make me feel like I was talking with robot.

• Ikuko (10/5): キッチンマテリアルが充実したロケーション抜群の宿 - 料理をしたかったのでここを選びましたが、調理器具、お皿やカトラリー、オープンにディッシュウォッシャーなど、完璧に揃っていてとても料理がしやすかった。 ベットルームも静かで快適。ひとりはソファーベッドを使ったが、マットレスもしっかりしており、寝心地はとてもよかった。 何よりグリンデルワルド駅から徒歩5分とロケーションは抜群。COOPまでも近く買い物にも困らない。事前にオーナー様とやり取りしたが、丁寧な説明でとても安心できた。 また泊まりたい。 シャワールームの排水溝の流れが悪いのだけが残念だった。

• Ayala (9/5): Great apartment - Location was right by the station, a coop, playground.. perfect. We had a cute balcony and saw the sun rise by the mountains. Beds were comfy, shower had good pressure, kitchen facilities were great - we cooked and it was great Staff were great with fast communication There's also a washer and dryer, which was great. 1.5chf per cycle. Only thing we recommend to change was bigger pillows as they were very thin, and there was 1 AC unit, so it was either in the room or front room for sofa bed. It can get warm.

• Wing (9/5): Superb - - located 5 mins walk from grindelwald station - clean, safe and comfy with all the kitchenware - having both washing and drying machine is perfect - I would like to express my gratitude towards the gentleman who helped taking the luggage downstairs when I checked out - in summer time they don’t have fan/AC in the house, maybe a bit hot during daytime, but absolutely fine at night :)

• Chatterjee (9/5): Great Place in Grindelwald - The property was near to the Grindelwald station hardly 5 mins by walk which is the best part, there a coop near by and there are other attractions nearby as well so all in all great property. The kitchen could have had a couple of things more like sugar and cooking oil and utensils like frying Pan.
• Sk (9/5): Great Location and super-comfy Stay. - The Location was the main highlight. It was a 5-minute walk from the Train Station and easy to find. There is also a big Supermarket within 2 minutes' walking distance. Upon arrival, the apartment itself had all the necessary amenities, and the Host was very clear about the instructions on how to find the keys. The bathroom tap was not the best. If you turn on the hot water too much, it can burn your hands. For some reason, the bathroom sink tap sometimes caused an electrical shock (mild, but you would feel it). We had to use the towel on the floor to insulate ourselves. The heating in the Apartment was not controllable. It was too hot even when the outside temperatures were 5 degrees Celsius. We turned off the heat, but it was still too hot at night.
• Karthickeyan (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect near the train station and bus terminal. Easy access to the town. Great place. The apartment is clean and has all the things for cooking. Great stay. The price is a bit higher end. And the checkin time, 4 pm and checkout, is 10 am, and it is not great. But we managed to check in around 1.30pm. Thanks. Only the toilet is a bit not clean fully. It could have been cleaned well. Overall Great stay

• Cheng (8/5): Very good - the location was perfect, 5 mins from the train station, near the main street, you have supermarket, shopping street, restaurants, everything! The balcony was superb! my family and I shared this apartment together, it was big enough for four of us, however, if you carry big suitcases with you, might be a little bit too small. But it’s not a problem for us anyway.

Great bars and food around the place. The apartment fit 4 of us, 2 couples and was a perfect little weekend get away! There was another apartment attached to the place, I hope we were not too loud for this other group, but this definitely would have been something we would have loved to know of.
• Oleksandra (10/5): Only 5 stars - Location is amazing and convenient, in the middle of everywhere. Fully equipped apartment, where you can find all that you need. To reach a ski room you need to go downstairs by tricky stairway
• Ronelle (1/5): Bad - Nothing We couldn’t find the property, and the host only replied to our message after an hour. It was also up a flight of stairs which didn’t suite as we clearly told the hosts that we have a mobile issue. We were stranded and had to walk to the nearest hotel.

• Loh (8/5): Comfortable stay - Location of the unit was great- close to Grindelwald station/bus stop and Coop. Instructions to locate the house and keys were clear. Interior was clean and decent. Kitchen equipment was sufficient for us to cook simple meals (comes with induction stove, fridge, utensils etc). Easy to get to First, Jungfrau, Lauterbrunnen etc. Can see Mountain View from balcony and bedroom window, and even hear cows below. I was scalded by the shower tap. It would be useful to perhaps stick a sign to remind guests to be careful when using/touching the taps/fixtures. You need to use the key to lock the main door from the inside (not the most convenient), if time and costs permit, the operator can consider changing the lock to allow users to simply turn a knob to lock from the inside. Take note that unit is located on second floor of the house (ie climb a short flight of stairs), hence you may not want to pack a heavy luggage that is difficult to lug up and down the stairs!

• Amanda (7/5): Nice stay in a lovely location. Apartment has everything you need. - The apartment was in a good location and was a nice size. The heating worked well, the apartment was warm. We arrived earlier than expected and asked for an earlier check in which was denied, I had to wait out the front with our luggage for 2hours, despite nobody coming to the apartment (so the apartment was ready). I didn't feel it was safe to leave our belongings in the laundry.

• Dianne (10/5): Feeling at Home in Grindelwald - The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We made easy meals each night and had the kitchen equipment necessary to cook easily. The bed was comfortable. The television had a good package. You couldn’t beat the location. The property responded quickly to a problem with the coffee maker and had a new one in our apartment later in the day. They were very amenable. Always look for a washer when I rent, but this place also has a dryer. Just be careful of the hot water. It is very hot.

• Esha (9/5): Cute, cozy apartment in a fabulous location in Grindelwald - Location, location, location. It was excellent, just a 2 minute walk from the train station and a Coop. A short walk from the main street. Cozy little apartment with a partial view of the mountains. We enjoyed having our morning coffee, cheese & wine in the evenings in the balcony after the days' activities. The kitchenette was well equipped (though it took some googling to figure out how to use the stovetop) There was a common washing machine available to us which was very useful. The TV wasn't working when we checked in, but our host came in quickly and fixed it for us and also explained to us how the wash & dryer worked. The shower was not draining water well, which I informed the host about and she promptly had it fixed. The shower tap is a hazard. Adjusting hot/ cold was difficult and the tap would get burning hot which each of us accidentally touched at some point and got burnt. Bathroom needs major updating to match the rest of the flat. It was quite warm in the apartment, and we had to open all the windows, which was OK but there were quite a few bugs and mossies that got in, so nets on all the windows would be a good addition, and a couple of fans provided for the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room would make the stay more comfortable in the summer time. I was not too happy with the linens used for both beds, they were a strange towel sort of material which felt even warmer and were quite shabby and tattered looking. I asked for them to be changed and was told that is what they use. A broom and dust pan should have been provided in the apartment for a 4 night stay. Washing machine was leaking so there was always a big puddle of water in the wash area. We were happy to clear the garbage ourselves, but only 1 garbage bag was provided for 4 nights, and we were asked to buy more from the Coop which made no sense, as they would obviously be sold in a pack. No shower gel, soap or shampoo was provided either. These basic amenities should have been provided considering the price being charged. Few additions and tweaks and this place could go from above-average to perfect.
• Ai-leen (7/5): 2 night Family stay - Great location close to supermarket, town center and train station, cable car etc. No shampoo or shower gel or hand soap in bathroom. Kitchen was ok equipment wise but no sugar, tea or coffee provided unlike in other apartments of same price range. Parking spot has an uneven curb and scratched bottom of the car. Pillows are very flat / lacking support.

It took us awhile to figure out the stove. Hot water could be a hazard. Put my hand on the shower pipe while trying to adjust water and it burned my hand. Water on full hot was a hazard and could burn a child

• Keping (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at this hotel and have positive feedback to share. Firstly, the location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the town. The heating system was effective, ensuring a comfortable stay during winter. What stood out the most was the owner's exceptional service. She went above and beyond by lending me a power adapter outside normal working hours, showcasing great responsiveness to guest needs. Overall, a satisfying experience.

The apartment is very close to the train station and also the bus terminal 👌 the apartment is so warm and cosy 😍 it’s a quite old fashioned in the flat but the location is fabulous and it’s very comfortable. The kitchen is very well kitted out 👌 The bathroom could do with an update but it was clean and the water was hot!!

• Swarupm (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed in this apartment for couple of days with my family. It's a very nice apartment with excellent view, comfy bed and good kitchenette. The apartment is centrally located, very close to the tourist spots, coop supermarket, railway station, bus stand. I specially liked the balcony. The parking is in front of the apartment. Please carry all your toiletries and coffee with you. These were not there in the apartment. Remaining all necessary things were there. In summary it was a very nice stay over there :)
