- Oleksandr (10/5): Отличные апартаменты — это первый вариант, в который действительно хочется вернуться снова при следующей командировке. - Очень чистая, уютная и хорошо оборудованная квартира. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, чувствуется, что хозяева заботятся о гостях. Удобное расположение, тихо и приятно находиться внутри. Заселение прошло быстро и без каких-либо проблем. Честно говоря, каких-то значимых минусов не заметил. Всё было на хорошем уровне и полностью соответствовало ожиданиям.

- Guy (10/5): Great apartment - Very comfortable apartment. Good location, nice hosts. Very clean, has everything you need. The parking spot is not signed, so sometimes it's hard to find free space. The lamp in the living room hangs too low, i kept bumping my head on it when getting up from the couch.

- Roman (10/5): - Хареса ми местоположението. Удобна, отделна площадка за паркиране на територията на дома. Отделена с бариера. Чистота в апартамента. Приятна и открита гледка от балкона. Гостоприемство и доброжелателност от страна на домакините. Наблизо има спирки на обществения транспорт. В съседните къщи има магазин и кафене. 500 метра до Grand Mall Общото впечатление е много добро.

Un apartament cochet , curat pe care iîl recomand cu multa incredere celor care doresc sa "exploreze" Varna La 10 min de mers cu masina fata de plaja. .Aproape de statie de autobuz si de Grand Mall. Parcare privata gratuita la locatie. Comunicare foarte usoara si precisa cu proprietarul . .

По принцип съм капризна относно възглавниците и матракът на спалнята. Тук бяха много комфортни. Има удобен транспорт наблизо. Горещо препоръчвам! Няма нещо, което да не ми хареса.

Nos dejó de todo en el apartamento, que es muy nuevo, actualizado y muy limpio. La habitación de matrimonio es grande y muy cómoda, súper confortable. El aparcamiento es privado y se puede aparcar de manera gratuita. Está totalmente equipado y prácticamente a estrenar. Genial!!!

- Vlad (10/5): - Very beautiful apartment, with private parking and a remote control for the barrier, large elevator, clean, balcony that can be either closed or opened and very comfortable bed. The host was so nice, she gave us a free watermelon because we had to wait due to a miscommunication error. From the apartment you can drive to the city center in 10-12 minutes and to resort towns like saint Constantine and Helena in 20 mins, golden sands in 30 mins. Overall a very nice experience. Truly recommend. Everything was perfect.
- Paweł (10/5): - Bardzo fajne mieszkanie nowe i dobrze wyposażone. Wszędzie blisko markety galeria i sklepy osiedlowe. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Pania wynajmująca przylecieliśmy wcześniej byliśmy w Varnie ok 9 rano i klucze już na nas czekały mimo tego że zameldowanie było od 14. Wszystko można było dogadać przed przyjazdem. Dużym atutem jest komunikacja miejsca dla osób które nie przyjeżdżają autem autobus nr 7 jedzie praktycznie spod domu widać przestanek z balkonu (warto zainstalować apke Varna Ticket i bilety po cenie niższej niż w autobusie aha kupujcie ludziska bilety bo kontrol potrafi nawet być o północy ale są w odblaskowej koszulce więc wiadomo że to oni 😜) jedzie do samego Centrum z którego dosłownie rzut beretem do plaży ok 1km a przejście przez deptak na plażę restauracje, sklepy dla wszystkich coś się znajdzie. Dla osób przyjeżdżających samochodem darmowy monitorowany parking (pilot dostępny jest w skrzynce na listy) Polecam wszystkim w 100% już w przyszłym roku wracamy Tam ale na dłużej Pozdrawiamy Paweł i Beata Nie
- Simeon (6/5): Nice apartment - but remote and with unexpected challenges - Apartment is clean and tidy. Hosts are extremely responsive. Amenities are good. Espresso machine is available - I appreciate this a lot! There is also a washing machine. Bed is very comfortable. Location is remote from city center - 30 minutes by bus, 15 by taxi No nets against mosquitos on the windows - could be upgraded. And biggest inconvenience we had - there was no water at all for a day and a half from our 3 day stay. Although this was not something which could have been changed by the host (it was watter supply breakdown), I think the host should monitor for issues like that and provide some kind of support or discount.

- Zlatina (10/5): Strongly recommended - That’s the easiest 10 I’ve given. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with a personalised message on a chalk board in the entrance hall. This detail itself was enough to make me feel welcome and at home. The apartment is top notch when it comes to cleanliness, cosiness and comfort. There is everything one may need for a smooth and home-like experience. The host is friendly, helpful and always replies quickly. Location is beautiful and easy to find. Very safe and secure building and it was great with a parking spot available in the parking lot of the building. I’d sincerely recommend it, and I’d love to visit it again next time I’m in Varna. Everything was amazing. Nothing lacking comes to mind.

- Metecan (7/5): I can say that we were moderately satisfied because it was in a good location and generally sufficient for our short sta - Stella is a friendly and helpful lady. Everything from kitchen equipment to toiletries was available in the apartment in abundance. I can't say that the floors are clean. Since we are a family with children, we specifically chose to stay in an apartment. However, people walked inside with shoes and it wasn't cleaned well. If we wanted something like that, we would have stayed at a hotel. My wife had to clean the floors herself. Also, the neighbors are very noisy. Especially those living in apartment number 36, their children make noise until late at night and the sound of the television is heard. Also, there is a smell of cigarettes smoked in other apartments in the toilet.

I have nothing to complain about. The apartment is 15 minutes walk from central bus station and shopping mall. The supermarket is 5 minutes away. Everything was perfect.
