• Jose Enrique (2/5): - La ubicación, muy céntrico Muy mala experiencia. Estaba suciol y todo necesitaba una limpieza a fondo. Intenté contactar con la persona que me envió la ubicación e indicaciones para acceder, pero fue imposible. Una vez me envió dichas indicaciones no volvió a atender mis consultas o intentos de contacto. Le dije que tenía algunas quejas, y ni caso. Mensajes, llamadas, y ninguna respuesta. Estuvimos dudando de ir a comprar cosas para limpiar el apartamento a fondo y meterle ambientadores, pero requería mucha iintensidad para revertir esa situación, estaba todo tan sucio que al final, entre eso y la falta de respuesta de esa gente, nos fuimos a un hotel las 5 noches, preferimos perder ese dinero a dormir y estar ahí tan a disgusto. Y es una pena, porque el piso está reformado y por dentro no está nada viejo.

• Vilma (1/5): Disapointed - I booked this apartment from May 2 to May 16 mainly because it advertised a jacuzzi — it was supposed to be the highlight of our stay and the reason I chose this place to celebrate our 8-year anniversary with my partner. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working, and we were never informed beforehand. On the first day, the host said a technician would come. After four days, the host himself finally showed up and mockingly asked if we would even have the money to pay to use the jacuzzi if it were fixed. This was extremely disrespectful and disappointing. The terrace shown in the photos looked private but was actually shared with neighbors and had surveillance cameras, which made us feel uncomfortable. The kitchen was poorly maintained — the “dish soap” was just water, and it took me 20 minutes to clean pot. In the bathroom, there was no soap or shampoo, only water with a scent. After just 6 days, we decided to leave and move to a different apartment. The listing was misleading, the communication was unprofessional, and the experience completely ruined the special occasion we had planned.
• Corinne (9/5): This is an exceptional apartment to stay in very close to all the amenities we couldn’t ask for more - The apartment is very spacious, clean and was very well equipped. It was near banks, beach and restaurants. This is the second time we have stayed there and will be on the top of our list for staying in Varna in the future. The only small thing that we thought might be helpful would be if there was a shower shelf to put shower gels,hair shampoo etc on as at present we had to put the shower gel on the base of the shower.

• Corinne (9/5): We had a great time and felt very relaxed just sorry when our stay came to an end - The location was excellent near to the beach shops restaurants banks and bars . The Apartment was so comfortable clean and tastefully decorated. They had thought about everything you need. would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately although I contacted before our stay I had an email back stating everything was ready for us, but when we got there there was no one there so had problems getting in. However we felt that this may have been a language problem. We would suggest that when booking that the host give you the codes for getting into the outside of the property and also the code for getting into the apartment with details of how to use them so you know what to do if no one is there to meet you or if they are late turning up.

• Kalina (8/5): Very good - the hot tube wasn’t working and it is on a shared terrace not a private one. There was no free parking. You have to park on a zone outside where you are allowed to stay only 3 hours.

• Adrian (10/5): Best location possible - The apartment is exceptional - brand new, very well managed, supplied with all needed appliances and very clean. The location is right in the center of the city, close to the main pathway to the beach. The hosts were willing to help with all of our needs and answer our questions. To keep in mind if that you come by car that the parking situation is not that great. There is a paid parking nearby but can get quite expensive for longer stays.

The location is the best possible- in the very center of the city, but quiet, close to the beach. The host was very helpful and provided free parking nearby, as parking in the center of Varna is very difficult.
• Gorgonea (1/5): Bad - The location is very good. The host has no idea about services. You need to search minimum 30 min for parking. All the facilities from booking are a lie. For jacuzzi you need to pay 50BGN but the problem is not the money. We anounce to prepare it with 6h before and after that he asked to wait 1 more hour and of course it wasn’t ready. After 3 days of vacation there I can say that I will never return on this accommodation.
