• Oliver (7/5): Insgesamt zu empfehlen. - Die lage war sehr zentral. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Leider kein kostenloser Parkplatz. Die Kücheneinrichtung (Besteck, Töpfe etc.) war recht spärlich.

• Rubén (5/5): - La situació es perfecte, tot i que posava que tenia pàrquing i no és així, aparcar al carrer, lluny i pagant. El llit no era còmode, la distribució del pis una mica estranya ja que l'habitació dels nens era a dalt en un altell amb no molt bon accés. L'escala era molt estreta. Els nens van haver de dormir al sofà perquè no volien estar alla dalt lluny de nosaltres i sols. Es sentia tot, molt soroll de matinada, ens van despertar varies vegades.
• danilo (6/5): Soggiorno passabile - Ottima posizione, appartamento molto grande Struttura dell'appartamento male organizzata, una camera da letto al primo piano raggiungibile solo passando all'interno del bagno. Se qualcuno lo sta usando non si può accedere alla camera.

• Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - The spaciousness of rooms is amazing. The location of the property in the pedestrian zone is a huge bonus. Moreover, there was a small convenience grocery store right across the pedestrians-only street and the store works till late night selling beer and the stuff - what else do u need in Germany!!!? There are also many other useful stores on the street. Although parking is not free , it is very cheap and within walking distance. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Period.
• Ravindu (10/5): Huge apartment with great living space. Even sufficient for a family of 4-5 people. - The place is huge and simply in the centre of the city. Tree top walks are just few kilometres away from the apartment. Adam is very very generous allowing us to have a late checkout since we wanted to leave our bags for the tree top walk. Specially the kitchen is well equipped and a very good place to stay for couple of days. Nothing specific.

• Andrew (9/5): A wonderful place to visit and tour the Black Forest, and would recommend this place - Location, cleanliness and comfort was excellent, and host was very helpful Satnav made it difficult to find the right street
• Andrei (4/5): Disappointing - - Reasonably well equipped, a good firm bed - A forest nearby - No traffic noise - The host tried to address the issues we raised Tons of medium-severity problems: - Waste bins downstairs, stinking over the whole staircase and serving as a breeding ground to hordes of fruit flies (and nobody knows what else). Waste from neighbouring flats lying on top of a bin. Initially they all stood right at the house entrance door; the best the host was able to do was to move them 3 metres away from the door. This helped, but only partially. - Every kind of noise from the street, except for the traffic noise. Children playing and shouting whole evenings (looks like there are no playgrounds nearby). A waste bin on the street being cleaned at 5 AM, and municipal flowers daily watered by a tractor at 6 AM. Constant ventilation noise from nearby (seems to come from the direction of the "Spuchbeitl" bar). On top of that, on the last night of our stay someone in the neighbourhood switched on a loud music at 1 AM and kept it on until 4 AM. - Half of the windows were barely usable, as they had their furniture thoroughly worn out.  - Host’s personal belongings are stored in at least ten different places in the apartment. Once, the host had to get something important out of the flat. To do that, he had to search the whole flat - including the second (or was it the third?) bedroom which, by the way, is only accessible via the bathroom. Added to that were the host's toothbrush in the bathroom, rotten onions in the kitchen, and so on. - Many decorations, including lots of photos of the host's family. Some very fragile decorations were laid straight on the windowsills/hang from the fridge. - To check in, we had to make three calls and to spend almost half an hour with the host describing all the complexities we need to account for when using the apartment. I hope all (or almost all) of these issues can eventually be fixed.
