• Nikolova (1/5): - Единствено местоположението. Изпълнен с миризма на цигари, доста неподържан, банята е непочистена, кревата неудобен, ужасни чаршафи, мрачен и студен апартамент. Над него има малко дете, което в 6 часа сутрин започва да хвърля дървено точпе по пода.

• Georgi (8/5): Very good overall - Good location and value for money. The apartment has everything for a short stay. A bit old amenities, but overall they work and are enough.

• Rossitza (1/5): - Локацията не е лоша. Това е най-лошо поддържаният апартамент в който съм отсядала. Описанието в booking е също подвеждащо. Да започнем: с влизането в апартамента лъхва миризма на тоалетна и на мухъл. И наистина, банята/тоалетна е в окаяно състояние. Стъпката пред вратата е подгизнала от вода и като се повдигне се открива друга стъпка отдолу почерняла от мухъл. Капакът на тоалетната чиния не стои отворен тъй като наклонът не е изчислен и се подпира на гърба ти. Мивката е гнусно мръсна и свободно тече вода през незапушена дупка което може би наводнява и стъпката пред банята. Кухненската посуда се състои от стара изискана тенджера и ръждясъл тиган. Климатик има само в хола, но не и в спалнята. Ще ви отговорят че можете да оставите вратата на спалнята отворена, за да се охлажда от хола - това обаче вече не е апартамент, а студио. Леглото определено не е за двама души. Матракът е изтърбушен и яко двама легнат на него, те се събират в средата. Да не говорим за скърцането на леглото при всяко обръщане. Рамката на леглото е пред разпадане и в единия ъгъл стърчи пирон. Подовете са мръсни, макар и привидно "почистени" - ако се наведете да забършете нещо със салфетка, тя става черна от мръсотията по пода. Телевизорът е супер малък за удобно и приятно гледане. Нищо няма в апартамента, което да внася уют. Всяко помещение е направено с различни плочки - не като дизайнерско търсене, а каквото са намерили на разпродажба или осханало от други проекти. Същото е и с мебелите. Отношението на домакина е арогантно. Спирам дотук. Пиша това review защото смятам че собствениците на такива жилища които се отдават под наем, имат съответните отговорности да ги поддържат. Също така не е честно и спрямо онези собственици, които за същите пари които взимат от наеми, влагат много повече за да поддържат жилищата си комфортни и чисти. И не на последно място - не е коректно спрямо тези които наемат съответното жилище през сайта на booking да бъдат подвеждани и подлагани на такива занижени стандарти.

• Borjan (10/5): Decent - Spacious apartment, nice kitchen, enough for two, has closed terrace, spacious bedroom, a/c in living room etc. Owner waited for more than half an hour to give me the keys because I've been having trouble finding parking, very polite and casual gesture. Owner is also willing to explain where to park and where not. Shower in bathroom is in the middle of it, not separated by curtain or floor tiles etc. showering can be messy considering everything being wet in bathroom, but that as I've seen is the case in many apartments, it's not a unique problem. Parking in the area is indeed free, but it's too crowded and sometimes you need 30 min or more to find free one, but that's not the apartment's downside, just more of a note to prepare yourself.

He answered our messages immediately and waited for us at property exactly at the time we asked. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. Colourful design of the rooms. Mosquito nets in both rooms. WiFi was fast. Quiet courtyard and street. Found place nearby at public parking. First floor - not nesessary to climbe high The shower is awkwardly designed - it is right in the middle of the bathroom, without shower curtain or any fence. So water is falling on the floor before toilet and sink, the floor was wet and slippery. At least a rubber mat could be useful, we used rubber slippers to go to toilet. Air conditioner was only in the living room - it was hot to sleep in the bedroom as the night was hot. I could be nice to have some tea, coffee, sugar at kitchen as a welcome pack

• Sabrina (9/5): Nice apartment well located for longer stays. - The owner was nice and patient. We had a delay and he was waiting for us. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a kind of balcony in the apartment. The rooms are big. It was clean. Everything is in walking distance. Check out is easy. There is no keybox for self check in. The air condition is just in the living room.

• Kathrin (9/5): Superb - I liked this apartment very much. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchen could use some more utensils, but it was good for basic cooking. Everything else was great and I would for sure come back here!
• Kalina (5/5): Cheep but would not recommend - Location was ok, 10 minutes away from the city center and 20 minutes from the beach. Parking is free on the streets around the flat. First floor flat so only one flight of stairs. Good air-conditioning and wifi. Although the flat was cheep and we didn't have high expectations, there were some hygiene issues that could not be ignored. The sheets smelled musty probably because they didn't dry properly and started developing mold. The smell was so bad we had to change and clean the sheets ourselves. This can be a huge problem for people with allergies since mold is a serious allergen. It was a bummer that we had to spend a whole morning of our vacation doing laundry that should have been done before we arrived. The bathroom as a whole wasn't clean and in need of maintenance (see attached photos). The sink leaks so every time you wash your hands your feet become wet. Mold present at the foot of the door. Things that are NOT provided so keep in mind and bring your own: - no shower gel or shampoo - no hair dryer - no mosquito net - only one roll of toilet paper was provided, considering we stayed for 5 nights - no bin in the kitchen, just in the toilet The washing machine's detergent compartment was gunky and wouldn't drain properly (maybe that's the reason for the mold development). We again had to clean it ourselves when we did laundry. The balcony is covered and only has one set of windows for ventilation but those are not enough to provide wind or sunshine so laundry takes forever to dry which also probably contributes to the mold. As a whole in the flat you can sense a moldy smell coming especially from the bathroom even after we changed and washed the sheets.
• Dimanag (5/5): Nice host, big apartment, but dirty - The host was very nice, and helped us when we had some situation. The apartment is big, and two / three people can sleep in it comfortably. It is on lower floor, so it's not very hot which is an advantage during the summer. It is close to supermarket and breakfast places. It was quite dirty. There was dust on the furniture, the bathroom wasn't vey clean, the matresses looked quite bad (I thought there might be bugs in them). If it was cleaner the experience would have been much better. Some basic stuff was missing, like more cutlery; cleaning liquids, toilet paper. It is a bit far both from downtown, and from the beach (about 20-30 min from both), but if you're up for walking - not a problem.
