• Jane (6/5): Pleasant - The room was of a good size. It was adequate for our needs. I arrived on a Sunday, and apparently the reception isn’t manned. In the reception area there is no map to indicate which block, A-D, is where. I’ve never used a lock box before so it would have been useful to have instructions prior to arrival. The pool area isn’t very clean
• Borislav (3/5): not worth it - The studio is spacious and I appreciated the complimentary coffee. Location – not bad. I stayed for 8 nights at Atlantis Resort D111 and nobody came to clean the room or change the sheets during my stay. The sheets and towels were very basic – the same as the ones they use in the hospitals. There is a rude security guy – who works at the “reception” who is very unapproachable. The walls of the building are so thin – you can hear how the neighbors are talking. The curtains were transparent – so the light was waking me up in the morning. The WiFi was horrible – 1 minute working – 1 minute not working – so I had to work with my mobile data. The view from the balcony is not pleasant. Make it clear in the advertisement that the spa facilities are separate and you need to pay 50 leva for 1 hour to use them!
• Nevena (8/5): Very good - So much thought put in making the room great - you have any appliance you might need, extra bathroom props and so on All the pillows in the room combined make one regular pillow - 0 comfort. The curtains were somewhat transparent.

• Józsi&ildi (10/5): NIce apartament for good price - Very nice, clean and well equipped apartament. Good communication to the host. Bus stop to Bourgas is in front of the building. We were very satisfied. Thanks.

• Elizaveta (8/5): Our stay was perfect, we really liked everything, but the staff. - The apartment was really nice, cozy and clean! The pool was nice too. And a beach is 5 min away from the hotel. When we needed help it was really difficult to find the staff. Most of them don’t speak neither English, nor Russian, nor Czech. So convos were difficult too. And the staff is really slow: we had a dog’s poop in the hallway, and cleaning lady couldn’t take it away for 4 days.
