• Christine (6/5): Mixed feelings - Good position with plenty of shops nearby. Close to Sea Garden and Burgas Centre Electrics very questionable. All sockets were loose to the point of being dangerous. No English instructions for air con ( we did manage to get it working and it was very efficient), also no instructions for the TV, washing machine or hob. Luckily we were visiting family and we're able to use their facilities.

• Dilyana (7/5): Good for the price we paid. - Nice one-bedroom apartment close to the sea garden and the beach, not far from city center. The hosts were very kind and attentive, and responded within minutes. Getting the keys was easy, we called and the host arrived immediately to gives us the keys and show us around the apartment. I also asked for an extra sheet and it was provided just as quickly. For the price we paid, it was a good deal. The bed was quite uncomfortable. We didn't pay attention that the listing does not include a hairdryer but that was totally on us. A bit dark and gloomy for my liking (first floor) and there was an air conditioner somewhere above the apartment dripping on the window pane which made a lot of noise but it wasn't as loud with the window closed. Cleanliness could be improved. Bedding was clean and fresh but we noticed some dust, some crumbs on the couch and a couple of spider webs. Not necessarily a negative but more of an advice: we found an opened pack of flour in the kitchen cabinets which is a clear invite to bugs and cockroaches. Place in a sealed container if it's meant for guests or throw away if left from previous guests.

• Boryana (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great, the place is clean and has everything you need. The bed is not very comfortable, but still pretty okay.
• Stanislava (10/5): Very nice stay - The location is great. The apartment was nice and cozy. I arrived pretty late and I was worried if it would be convenient for the host but they welcomed me great. (Thank you for that!) They made everything for a warm stay- the AC was turned on, so was the boiler. I really missed a coffee machine (as a huge coffee lover). Still, there is a kettle so you could make some instant coffee.
