• Le-Ann (10/5): Very happy! - The apartment was well laid out. Spacious. Very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was very quiet, which was lovely. Backs onto bush and the birds were beautiful. Pleasant walk to beach. Access to shops was good. My mum is 95 and is a pretty fit lady. There are 31 stairs to get up to the apartment. She coped just fine. Oven was a little noisy but worked fine.

• Sophie (8/5): Tidy, spacious unit in a great location. - Clean, open good sized property. Comfortable bed. Some simple instructions on how to use the TV and the various remote controls would have been helpful.

• Jay (8/5): Not bad, but expensive. - Properly was good and very clean. Reasonably well maintained. Parking was an issue as another tenant had parked in front of the garage obstructing the entry. So had to park in the street. Due to heavy rain, water started dripping through the heat lamp in the bathroom. Mattress could have been firmer, but that’s a personal choice. I am others will like a soft mattress.

• Helena (8/5): Enjoyed our stay at Beachside Beauty. - Property was large,very clean and provided everything you require for a holiday stay. Main bedroom mattress needs to be upgraded too soft. No views of the water just bush.
• Patricia (8/5): Very good - I loved hearing the waves and breathing the fresh air and the quiet, no sirens The location was great for me to catch up with my family Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly It was only a short, easy walk to the beach I was very comfortable in the unit. It had everything I needed The photos of the unit show water views, I was really disappointed when I arrived and saw there are no water views. That and all those stairs are the only things I did not like
• Dean (10/5): Exceptional - Generously sized 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space for the whole family. Loved the DVDs and board games available for the kids. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again Lots of stairs, would not recommend for those with accessibility needs.

• Amanda (8/5): Great spot in a lovely relaxing beach location - Large unit in a great location The front entrance to the building was a bit untidy. The unit itself was very clean. Could have had a few little extras like sauces in the pantry, some olive oil etc..

• Phillip (6/5): Great location, quiet, private , friendly neighbors, apartment is a bit "tired" - Location is perfect for us. We have stayed there before and are happy with the apartment. The other apartment owners are lovely people and are always up for a chat! walking distance to beach, shops and parents! We have stayed here several times. Unfortunately, on the day of our arrival the code to the lock box was supposed to be sent to us. It was not and we had to call the after-hours number. After a delay we received a code that was incorrect and the correct code was eventually sent. Thus is the second time that this has happened to us when staying here. The process to get the lock box code does not work. The TV reception was intermittent - we went for several days without the TV. As this was our third stay at this apartment we know it well and think that it needs a repaint and "freshen up"
• Susan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautiful. It was very spacious. The bedrooms were big, the bathroom was a good size with spacious shower cubicle. Lounge, dining and kitchen areas were modern and clean. Balcony with bbq but we didn't have time to use it. Great to have the garage and doorway directly from garage into the property. We were visiting family who live in Caves Beach and would definitely stay at beachside beauty again without hesitation! There wasn't anything we didn't like.

• Sharlene (10/5): Relaxing and beautiful by the beach. - Location is perfect. Going to sleep each night to the sound of the waves was so relaxing. Very close to Swansea shops and a short walk along the beach to the patrolled area along with Caves Beach shops. The gelato place was fantastic! The apartment itself is huge and the spa bath topped it off. Very comfortable apartment that is modern and well presented. Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, crockery and cooking supplies. The milk frother and coffee machine was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was quite dusty and I had to clean myself on arrival. Would be good if it has been sitting a while to have it cleaned again before arrival. The bins system is confusing as none of them were numbered etc. Hard to know what to do. No green bags were available for scraps. And it says on framed info picture that there is a folder with helpful suggestions but we couldn’t find one anywhere. And the right sliding door didn’t lock. Also a small portion of laundry powder would be a helpful addition to the unit.
• Mrs (6/5): Book somewhere else! - No breakfast provided. Nothing provided! A stressful stay!, go somewhere else! Even getting home emails continued to come! Poor property management! Made my stay unbearable. Have never experienced anything like it! Filthy pillows and sofas, and BBQ. Ants in kitchen!

• Claire (8/5): Clean, big and well equipped - House was clean, well equipped, comfy beds. Close to all caves beach offers including backing onto beach reserve The house was in quite a built up housing estate area. Tried to keep internal laundry doors closed as it had a strong odour.

• Liz (8/5): Had a great stay. Communication with the property was easy and check in and out was seamless. - Perfect spot for a holiday! The property was close to the beach,shops and restaurants. Had a great range of board games and dvd and smart tv available. Could use with an updated BBQ as it was difficult to use and a bit old.
