• Clarence (8/5): - Loved the location. Friendly staff and comfort level Whole appartement can be finished by detailed extra items. Full matress covers, extra kitchen utensils etc. An extra key for the door for if you are there with 4 people would be great.

(10/5): Чудесно място в центъра на Варна - - Апартаментът е чудесен, беше много комфортен и просторен и престоят ни беше страхотен. - Две спални с две бани е голямо удобство. - Сградата е доста нова и изглежда сигурна и поддържана. - Наоколо винаги се намират места за паркиране, а локацията е само на крачка от пешеходната търговска улица, х-л Черно море и Морската градина. - Чистотата е на топ ниво. - Втората спалня няма климатик и през деня температурите стават некомфортни. - Местната популация от чайки и гларуси е доста гръмогласна през нощта и не може да се спи на отворени прозорци (в други части на центъра не сме имали подобен проблем). - Нуждата от уговорки и срещи за предаване на ключовете при пристигане и напускане усложняват ненужно организацията на престоя. - Няма препарат нито за съдомиялната, нито за пералнята, което за по-кратък престой е неудобство.

• Denebo (8/5): The service could be better - The location is at the ideal center of the city, the windows have mosquito nets, the washmachine is new, there is elevator. The balconies and the windows were very durty. We had to wait to be accommodated for over half an hour, because the personal was busy with another location. It seem to me the management of the property is overwhelmed or has not enough employees to controll the property, since some equipments or compliments were missing or were brocken. Anyway, we have received the missing stuff in 1-2 days after we communicated it.
