The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Special thanks to the host for the warm welcome and kindness. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to everything you might need. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Communication with Alexander was easy and friendly, and he was a very welcoming host. Everything was great. Can't think of anything.

• Aleksandrina (10/5): 10/10 :) - Уникален апартамент. Проектиран да е удобен за гостите-напълно функционална кухня , която ще свърши страхотна работа и за дългосрочен престой. Разкошен диван -толкова голям и удобен на него е удоволствие да спиш, а не компромисен вариант. Всякакви консумативи , които са нужни на пътуващите. Изключително чисто и поддържано. Охраняем паркинг безплатно съвсем наблизо-имайки в предвид , че е в центъра това е страхотен плюс. Разположен в самият център на оживен булевард , но изключително шумоизолиран-спи се чудесно и е тихо. Имайки в предвид, че пътувах с бебе и дете , мога само да кога , че на никой от семейството не ме липсваше нищо. Благодаря за гостоприемството на Симона и Александър и до скоро. Това е най-доброто място за мен във Варна!
• Etzion (10/5): תודה רבה נהנינו. - אלכסנדר ( המארח ), היה מאוד נחמד, זמין תמיד וענה במיידי לכל פניה, הסביר כל מה שהיה צריך הסבר ואף דאג להזמין עבורנו מונית לנמל התעופה לשעה 03.00 בבוקר. כשהגענו חיכו לנו על השולחן שני בקבוקי מים ושוקלד. הדירה עצמה יפה מאוד מבפנים, החדר מרווח והמיטה הזוגית מאוד נוחה, חדר הרחצה נוח ונעים מאוד. יש בדירה מכונת כביסה ומייבש ( ביחד ) דבר שהיה מועיל מאוד. החניה ( עם שומר ) בחינם, אבל צריך ללכת כמה מאות מטרים מהדירה כדי להגיע אליה. הדירה קרובה מרחק הליכה למרכז העיר ולמדרחוב ( קצת בעליה ) ולנמל.

• Alona (9/5): Very nice and comfy - Clear instructions but also I asked clarification questions and the host was happy to help and was very understanding There is the main boulevard facing so it might be nosier if you open the window but it wasn’t very loud to bother

You have everything you may need, kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable, the place is spacious, you can literally live there. The hosts are super responsive and caring, the location is very good and the parking is a big plus. Totally deserve the high rating - keep up the good work!

• Tokash ltd, BG115157535 (10/5): - Напълно ремонтиран, чудесно обзаведен и много чист апартамент на пешеходно разстояние от основните локации в града. Любезни домакини, готови да съдействат при нужда. Осигурен безплатен паркинг на около 5 минути пеша от апартамента. Самата сграда и входът към нея имат нужда от ремонт, а булевардът точно под прозорците е доста шумен, но това със сигурност не развали преживяването ни в апартамента. :)

• Ottieo (10/5): A lovely, clean, well positioned apartment in Varna, highly recommend - A really lovely, spacious, well thought apartment in a good location, easy to get to places of interest around the city and very close to the train station.. It was spotlessly clean, well furnished and everything felt very new including a new washing machine and a dryer. There is a large balcony with chairs and a small table too. Everything that you may need was there including cleaning materials, shampoos and shower gels, very thoughtful, in addition to a welcome bar of chocolate. Simona and Aleksandar were lovely hosts and sent information through about good places to eat locally and places to go. I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment, highly recommend.

The facilities in the place were great, fridge, hob, coffee maker, washer, dryer, crockery, pans, Netflix - everything. Nice quality products too. There is nothing to complain about.

• Teodor (10/5): Time well spent. - Very clean and well located property. Excellent host, very friendly and helpful. They even put a small bed for our 8 month baby. Definitely recommend to stay there. It’s close to a nice restaurant and a great coffee place. No such thing.
• Presiyana (10/5): amazing place ! - Everything ! The apartment is brand new furnished , exceptionally clean, very bright and warm. There were a lot of things that other properties don’t provide like : dishwasher, dryer, cosmetics, basic foods, fully equipped kitchen and microwave. The bed and sofa were very big and comfortable, also have a smart TV with Netflix. The location was beyond perfect: in a small art alley with restaurants , caffes, grossers shops, in 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. I recommend!
